You will stay in a beautiful Spanish Finca. In one room, we have a double bed (European standards) and a big single bed in the other room. They each have their own little closet, and mosquito net. No shoes policy inside the house please.

Linen and towels are provided, all line dried under the Mediterranean sun. There are two guests bathrooms, one indoors, and one outdoors (plus the own bathroom). The rooms and bathrooms have beautiful views.

The property is 1.5 kilometers from Costitx village, and 8 kilometers from Sineu. However, there is no neighbour or whatsoever. So it is perfect silence and quiet as one can dream of. Beautiful views of the Sierra de Tramuntana (mountains). Outdoors and indoors Yoga shala.

There is a living pool on-site, its waters are purified by plants, no chemicals whatsoever. It is made available exclusively for guests. The idea is a space to swim without chemicals, just like swimming in a river.

You will be sharing the pool with dragonflies, little frogs, plants, and your skin and hair will definitely thank you!

A unique experience. There are also hammocks corners and many "wabi-sabi" areas in our garden.

Choose to come with a friend/partner, there are 2 guests rooms available. Enjoy quality time together while Kairos Project takes care of simply everything.

Programm

Since you will be benefiting from a personalized 'made-to-measure' retreat, your program is entirely flexible; however, here is a description of a typical day:

Begin the day practicing Kriyas (cleansing techniques)
60 min Hatha Yoga class, at the end of the class Mouna, sacred silence.
Yogic breakfast
Break
Lunch, siesta time
After resting, you will have a pranayama (conscious breathing) class as well as a guided meditation, which varies daily.
After your class, you will have a break until your evening smoothies.

Mango came back home, Mallorca, after 30 years of traveling, studying, and practicing yoga all over Asia and Europe. She speaks fluent English, French, Italian, and Spanish so retreats can take place in any of those languages. She advocates for plant-based nutrition for physical and spiritual reasons and has also trained as a raw food and vegetarian cuisine chef. She keeps on attending different yoga seminars and workshops, as she believes yoga is lifelong learning science. "Sharing with passion" is her center motto, and it is her joy and honor to welcome you for your soul searching.

Lage

Located at the center of the island, a few miles from the ancient capital of the Kingdom of Mallroca, Sineu, it is 40-minute drive from one of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, called Son Serra de Marina. There are plenty of small secondary roads that offer extremely pleasant walks.

The village of Costitx itself is a pleasant typical Mallorcan village, very well taken care of with a beautiful traditional Flowers Fair in May as well as local "Fiestas" in September.

Kairos Project offers guests locally sourced vegetables and fruits. At Kairos cooking is a true passion, almost as powerful as their Yoga passion.

The food they offer is simple, nutritious and very very tasty. Loaded with "Prana" as Yogis would define it!

Kairos Project also wants you to take advantage of your sojourn with them to detoxify as much as possible. In the evening, you will have as many smoothies as you like, but no solid food in order to give your digestive system a rest and a possibility to truly create new healthy cells and regenerate instead of working like crazy to perform digestion which is one of the most energy consuming processes our body performs.
