Every morning, you will enjoy an invigorating group yoga session blending Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin styles. You will also have unlimited access to the Longevity Vitality Plan consisting of a wide range of revitalizing mind and body daily group activities, varying between Pilates, workshops, yoga, walks, stretching, and training circuit.

There will also be time to unwind and revitalize in the spa detox and relax wet area circuit, including an infra-red sauna, hammam, ice fountain, Epsom salt room, sensations showers, relaxing room, relax walking path, indoor heated detox pool and indoor sensation relax pool. The hotel’s gym is fully equipped by Technogym® and is open 24/7.
