- 07:00 Pre-breakfast 5-kilometer run or meditation
- 08:00 Healthy breakfast buffet
- 09:00 Three hours of training (variation of styles and activities) including snack and hydration breaks
- 13:00 Healthy lunch, relaxation, and refreshing free time
- 14:30 One hour of training including breaks
- 16:00 Free time, you can book spa, sports, or massage
- 19:00 Healthy "a la carte" dinner
- 20:30 One hour of training yoga, Pilates, or walk, and breathing meditation
- 21:45 Free time, relaxation, socializing, sports, massage, or spa
