Over the 3 days of your retreat, you will:

- Overcome cognitive dissonance and confusion and gain mind clarity and self-confidence.
- Shield yourself from past, present, and potential narcissistic/toxic relationships.
- Protect yourself from further manipulation or abuse from your current or ex-narcissist with practical strategies.
- Learn to attract and nurture healthy relationships.

Mind Clarity Retreats have been created to offer a unique holistic experience in a charming Country Manor House where you can relax, learn, process, and enjoy some "me time" throughout the day and evening.
The 3-day retreat starts on Friday at 2 p.m. and lasts until Sunday at 5 p.m.
