Monsoon Gym & Fight Club offers some of the nicest fight training facilities in Thailand in one of the nicest settings along Koh Tao’s famous Sairee Beach. The gym is open to all levels and abilities, from pro fighters to complete beginners. People staying at the gym are able to benefit from the convenience of the onsite fight dorm, as well as a fully air-conditioned weight and cardio room. During this camp, you will have access to daily Muay Thai classes, HIIT classes, and South East Asia's only 10th Jiu Jitsu facility.

For those looking to fully immerse in a true fight camp atmosphere, there is a purpose-built air-conditioned dorm room on-site at Monsoon Gym & Fight Club. Just a few meters away from the training area, the fight dorm offers a great communal atmosphere. With numerous training sessions each day, there is no need to venture farther than the camp to relax and refresh yourself.
The beds are comfortable and the linens are changed weekly. Toilets and showers are just meters away, the onsite cleaners will be multiple times each day and quite time starts at 10 p.m.
Programm
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to learn a wide range of martial arts from Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling, and 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu. Monsoon Gym caters to all experience levels and you will have lots of time with their professional coaches to fully understand each discipline. You will have a wide range of classes to choose from and have unlimited access to all the facilities.
A typical Muay Thai class consists of a warm-up - skipping rope and shadowboxing. Then, wrapping the hands finding your gloves and the work begins. During class, you will be working rounds with the coaches where you will have the opportunity to refine your technique and puck up new skills, then bag work, followed by a warm down. The class lasts around 1.5 hours.
You will have unlimited access to Monsoon Gym's daily schedule of Muay Thai, 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu, HIIT, and their weight and cardio room.

Lage
Monsoon Gym & Fight Club is located on the island of Koh Tao in the Gulf of Thailand. A three-minute walk to Sairee Beach, the gym is close to all convenience stores. The island also has an amazing choice of restaurants.

Please book your flight to arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). There are many options to travel to Koh Tao from Thailand's capital. You are recommended to take the Lomprayha high-speed catamaran service. They offer joint bus and boat tickets, or joint night train and boat tickets. You can also check out some of the great deals many of Asia's low-cost airlines offer to nearby local airports of Surat Thani or Koh Samui.
Domestically, you can also book your flight to arrive at either Samui Airport (USM), Surat Thani Airport (URT), or Chumphon Airport (CJM). From any of these airports, you can get a connecting ferry to Koh Tao.
