Itinerary
Day 1: Introduction - Coca leaf reading - First Ayahuasca ceremony
Nature Trips Peru will pick you up from your hotel and transport you to their retreat center in the Sacred Valley. After settling in and exploring, you will meet the Andean and Amazonian maestros – healers from the Q’eros community and the Amazon rainforest – for your first group gathering.
On this first day, you will set your intentions for the retreat and take part in a special coca leaf reading ceremony, preparing you for the Ayahuasca ceremony later that evening. During the reading, the Andean shaman will offer personalized spiritual guidance, giving you the opportunity to ask questions about your journey.
In the afternoon, they will hold a yoga and meditation session to help you connect with your body and mind. This will be followed by a cleansing and flourishing ceremony to release negative energy and any spiritual blockages that may affect your well-being or growth.
The Ayahuasca session will begin in the evening and last four to six hours. Their team of dedicated professionals will be with you every step of the way, providing expert care and guidance to ensure your comfort and safety. After the ceremony, you’ll have time to rest and recover peacefully.
Day 2: Sound healing - Second Ayahuasca session
After a delicious breakfast, you will gather with Nature Trips Peru's maestro for an integration meeting, where you will have the chance to share the insights and visions from yesterday’s Ayahuasca ceremony. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a sound healing session to help you connect with yourselves on a deeper level. A professional sound healer will play Andean instruments, allowing you to feel the music and its vibrations.
You will also have another meeting with their Andean shaman, who will share more about his ancestral ceremonies and Andean spirituality.
In the evening, you will have a mindful moment and meditation to prepare your minds and connect with the medicine before taking Ayahuasca for the second time. After about four hours, the ceremony will end, and you will have the chance to rest in your beds.
Day 3: Final gratitude ceremony with shaman - back to Cusco
After your last breakfast to start the day, you will gather for the final meeting with the maestro, which will include an integration ceremony. Afterward, you will take part in a heartfelt offering ceremony to show your gratitude to Mother Earth, led by the Q'ero master. Take some time to connect before they provide transportation back to Cusco, wrapping up the retreat on a positive note.
