This wellness retreat is revolved around circadian health, wellness, and yoga. Optimal Wellness will be presenting on some of the principles about circadian biology like light, water, and electromagnetism, which they have learned from their mentor, Dr. Jack Kruse.
They will teach participants the benefits of having a circadian-friendly routine and practices for longevity. They will also dive into yoga, breathing, and meditation practices; biohacking; grounding / earthing; nutrition; the dangers of blue light and how to block it; the importance of water; and more!
Most days will include a yoga practice, beach time, a workshop, and connection with nature as well as others in the group.

It really does an outstanding job showcasing the folks in El Salvador changing their lives for the better, giving the children hope, and encouraging them to dream big. Optimal Wellness have had the opportunity to work with these kids in El Zonte as well as other beach villages on the coast, and it is always their favorite part of going down there.
