Daily Vinyasa Practice
Yuki and Adam both lead creative, dynamic Vinyasa sequences that purify and energize the practitioner. An all levels approach allows practitioners to explore their own movements and find their rhythm, promoting a deeper connection to the body and mind.
Evening Yin
Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice that emphasizes deep stretching and relaxation. Yin focuses on holding postures for extended periods. This allows for a gentle release of tension in the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, promoting flexibility and enhancing circulation.
Kirtan with Adam
Kirtan is an uplifting practice of call-and-response chanting. Chant mantras, sacred words, and primordial sounds that hold profound spiritual power. The vibrations created by the repetition of these mantras resonate with the energy of the universe, guiding participants into a state of meditation, joy, and spiritual bliss.
Sound Bath with Yuki
Yuki creates a transformative experience that immerses participants in soothing sound frequencies designed to promote relaxation and inner peace. Attendees lie comfortably on mats or cushions while a variety of instruments—such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums—create a harmonious soundscape.
