This is truly a hidden gem! The retreat space "TailWind" is located in paradise, on the Mexican Pacific coastline, north of San Pancho, Nayarit. It is just 50 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. There, you can spend a weekend immersed in pristine jungle and ocean views.
Participants will co-create with the land and the elements. The land is potent and magical, in order to hold the group in sacred and safe space. Tailwind has a collection of seven different and creatively designed units - bungalows, palapas, and casitas, all of which are perched on the hillside to minimize environmental impact.
The lodge is nestled amidst the palms and offers a variety of jungle and ocean views. Each unit offers a unique jungle experience. Please feel free to ask Redefine and Thrive what might suit you the best!
Programm
In this retreat, you'll nourish your feminine power and divine essence alongside an intimate group of women. The beach is a 15-minute walk through nature, so participants will often take group walks to the beach for practices, swims, ceremonies, and adventuring.

Melissa is a Vinyasa, Yin, and Kundalini yoga teacher spreading empowerment teachings throughout the world through teaching yoga and meditation, hosting retreats, embodiment coaching, hosting online courses, and is a Reiki energy healer. Melissa intuitively leads her students to heal themselves, connect to their own inner guidance system, and to help restore a healthy, balanced flow of life energy throughout the body. She believes everyone can live a life of contentment, inner peace, and joy. She believes pleasure, abundance, and a life that lights you up are your birthright.
Areli Luz
A mentor and medicine woman, Areli is devoted to the rise of the divine feminine. Her work specializes in guiding women to come home to their feminine essence, their inherent power, and their connection with the spirit. She’s been a mentor for over three years, supporting women in deepening their spirituality and stepping into their roles as leaders. She is certified in Himalayan Kriya yoga, EFT, and spiritual life coaching, and has an extensive background in business and leadership. She is highly intuitive and weaves in divine spirit in all of her spaces. She is a ceremonialist and alchemist.
