Please note that many confuse MMA with a multi-martial art whilst it is really only kickboxing and grappling. They are a full system and traditional yet realistic martial art system that also teaches MMA skills. But if one was to look at the levels list - one can begin to grasp what they teach and that they are really a complete martial arts solution. Not just Judo, Karate, Kung-Fu, or Muay Thai for example.
