You will be accommodated at Rishikesh Valley Resort. To let you bond with nature like the ancient sadhus, they offer you hermit-styled cottages. Each cottage is designed to be elegant yet simple, and Rishikesh Valley Resort is also constructed with jungle grass, wood, mud, clay, and other natural elements to offer a completely natural feel. The huts are situated at measured distances for privacy and are interspersed with sprinklings of Himalayan foliage to lend them the charm of living in the wild. With the proximity of the small river stream, one can even hear the gentle murmurings of its water as one dozes off to sleep.
Programm
Get close and involve yourself in yoga and meditation. The essence of nature cannot be expressed. It can only be experienced by living amid nature and in the way nature intended. This retreat serves guests in family and village environments and, at the same time, to be part of self-discovery and take it home with yourself. During this retreat, you will have daily yoga, pranayama, and sitting meditation Ayurveda practices. You will be able to relax and enjoy the environment and greenery, river, and waterfall, and the free time to explore the jungle and the spiritual holy city.

Driven by positive change in his life and love for yogic life style, he decided to fully embrace it, by dedicating all of his energy into it. He enjoys to support and help others with yoga and meditation to find balance, be healthy, and get empowered to follow their heart. He is grateful to be able to share positive vibes, as well as spiritual experience on and off the mat. Mesmerized by the beauty and diversity in India, he is excited to meet people from around the world and unfold hidden gems in them.
Subudhi
After finishing her school education in Delhi, she felt a deep calling to return to her source, where she lived in Pune as an Osho Sanyasin and studied Ayurveda in Pune University. In 2001, she started a yoga meditation and Ayurveda research resort in Rishikesh. She teaches the wisdom of Ayurveda which has a profound therapeutic effect on physical and mental health. She also teaches other related Vedic subjects, including Ayurveda, deep tissue massage, and the science of Vedic gods.
Sunil Jethuri
Sunil is an young yoga teacher and guide. He has been a yoga practitioner since 2015 and he is known for his impassioned activism, unique self-expression, and inspirational style of teaching that incorporates both the physical and healing aspects of the practice of yoga. He has practiced Iyengar yoga, Alignment yoga, Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Yin yoga, and Therapeutic yoga over the years.
Lage
This retreat will take place in Rishikesh, India. It is one of the favorite places in the world for yoga seekers and it is the most preferred destination to study traditional yoga. The serene environment, the clean and fresh air, and the spiritual ambiance create a perfect place for yoga training centers. The mighty Ganges River flows by and the evenings are a delight because of the lamp ceremonies being held along the banks.

You will be served daily breakfast and a cup of chai during your tea breaks included in the price. Rishikesh Valley Yoga Meditation Retreat is very particular about food and serves only hygienically prepared nutritious and healthy food. The food provided at the center is 100 percent vegetarian. Other meals can also be arranged on a menu basis. If you would like your meals prepared a certain way or if you would like extra food then, please feel free to talk to the kitchen staff always.

Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). This airport is the entry point to India for every international flight. As there is no direct flight to Rishikesh, you will need to take another flight to Dehradun Jolly Grant Airport (DED) to reach Rishikesh. After reaching Dehradun, you need to catch a taxi to Rishikesh. Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request.
