Nature is the most powerful healer and wisest teacher you have to learn from and Costa Rica is abundant with life making it the perfect location. During this seven-day retreat, you will explore your connection with nature, the 5 elements, and return to that child-like wonder through exploration.
Each day includes an opportunity to explore from an internal perspective through yoga and meditation and an external perspective through various excursions like nature walks, beach adventures, waterfalls, indigenous culture talks, and cocoa tour, and visiting the Cahauita National Park.
Program
Join internationally accredited 500hr E-RYT teacher and lifelong student, Stacy Sinclair, on this immersive transformational journey in aligning to your authentic self. This yoga wellness retreat provides the space to go deep, get confident, and peel away the layers of doubt and shame holding you back. Transformation is accelerated, confidence is amplified, and new habits are formed.
Develop a rock-solid daily practice that supports you through life’s ups and downs. It does not matter if you have spent years practicing or are just beginning, this retreat is open to all levels.
Sacred Journeys Yoga believes that the practice of yoga is a continuous journey that you can hop on at any stage of your life. Joining a yoga retreat is about exploration and play while setting a strong foundation to support the best version of you. Fill your cup up first and watch the rest naturally overflow with joy and abundance. When you come together in Costa Rica, you will dive deep into the practice.
Each day includes two yoga practices, in the morning to invigorate and in the evening to restore, and two daily meditation or pranayama practices. In between will be daily workshops or excursions to participate in as well as plenty of free time for reflection, conversation, quiet time, and journaling. There will also be a few special evening events mixed in for games, movies, dancing, and play.
