The retreats are designed to bring you forward to more health, more creativity, and more consciousness.
The 1st day is the arrival in the early afternoon
Around 4 p.m., the program will start with the opening ceremony, for which you should bring red clothes and a tiny sacred object. After you share a rich vegetarian dinner. The food will be simple, local, ecological, and delicious and should inspire you for healthy meals at home.
The 2nd day is dedicated to the element Earth
Your body is made out of Mother Earth. You are in constant exchange with her and the relationship you have with her is truly meaningful.
- There will be silence from waking up to 11 a.m. every day
- At 8 a.m. or 8.30 a.m. meet for the morning training in an outdoor space
Practice yoga, breathing, activation of the meridians, acknowledging of the energy channels, loosening dance, and meditation. Yoga means union. SWAN will make sure you will feel the energetic rooting system that holds you grounded and present and goes right towards the “center” of the earth. You will put awareness in the union, to the earth, and to yourself.
After the morning training, you will be served fruit and lots of special herbal teas, which are available when you wake up.
- At 11 a.m. meet for a talking circle
- At 1 p.m. is lunchtime. In the afternoon you get a full-body massage
- 7.30/8pm is dinner
The 3rd day is dedicated to the element of Fire
The fire element means the warmth and the fire of love you hold in your heart. Fire transforms, helps us to liberate and even acts destructible. Fire on another level is also light and spirit.
- 8/8.30 morning training.Fruit breakfast
- 11am workshop and initiation to the inner fire
- 1pm lunch
- In the afternoon and evening, you'll make a fire and a cleansing ceremony.
- Dinner and bedtime
The 4th day is dedicated to the Water.
Water is the element that is related to your emotions. Although your body appears compact and hard it is mostly made of water. Water has so many shapes and manifestations, so have you! You'll go to the beach very early and make the morning exercise and breakfast there.

- 5pm workshop related to your fears and vulnerability. Inner work to let go of uptight emotions.
- 7:30/8 dinner
The 5th day is dedicated to the element Air
Air is invisible and has no weight. With breathing you can expand and heal, strengthen your immune system and increase your brain function. The fact that the trees are essential in this life-supporting weal, is why SWAN called this retreat “Tree Of Life”.

- Excursion to a wild place and sunset on the cliffs.
- 8/9pm dinner
Last day
Last full day is dedicated to the 5th element and which will be a surprise for the ones to come.

There will be changes possible if needed.
Only nonsmokers’ ore people that are willing not to smoke during the event are admitted. No alcohol and no coffee during the retreat.
People that take pills ore special medicine have to tell me before. Last day, you will be served with breakfast as you wish and accordingly to your needs you check out.
SWAN wants you to deepen upon the silence disciplines. Silence will be from wakening till 11 a.m. In the modern technocratic world, you are surrounded by multiple inputs of artificial sounds. The cars are beeping, your phones are calling, music and announcements are invading your field, airplanes are crossing the silent sky, and motors and machines are running all night through.
The deep longing for silence and peace, and the urgent need for a break to relax are what you want to respect and provide in the retreats. So in the mornings, SWAN invites the retreat participants to stay 100% in silence.
To stay in silence is a very important tool in the way of a spiritual student and is necessary if you want to become a better person or if you want to come closer to unconditional Love. It can be very difficult to stay silent.
Fears are coming up. How will you provide for your needs? How will you make things run, etc. In silence, you are confronted with your inner truth. In silence, you clearly see your patterns. In silence, you can observe, taste, and feel more and you can not judge others.
You might feel vulnerable or lonely but you can train your telepathy. Instead of asking and letting others guide you, you need to take responsibility, see, and do. To be in silence gives you the opportunity to listen.
To stay in silence helps you to more concentrate and become less tired. General silence relaxes and strengthens the nervous system. Ultimately, you love going back to stillness where you find peace.
