Kalarippayattu, often referred to as "Kalari," is an ancient south Indian martial art. It combines strikes, kicks, grappling, and weaponry, along with healing techniques. Learn about the different stages of training: Meipayattu (body exercises), Kolthari (wooden weapon techniques), Angathari (metal weapon techniques), and Verumkai (bare-hand techniques).
Every day, you will have two hours daily morning yoga, private for the retreat guests where you will be able to follow the yoga retreat program with a dedicated teacher for you. In the evenings, you will also enjoy the daily sunset class on the rooftop terrace, overlooking the city. Classes will be taught in English. Daily classes will be followed by a vegetarian brunch cooked and ready after the practice then free time.
There are options to explore the city, enjoy the beach, or just relax and be. The team also offers extra optional activities such as massages, tours, away days, paddle boarding, cycling, massages, alternative therapies, and much more within the city and surroundings.
