All ages and all fitness levels are welcome! Age is not a restriction, but Visit Natural Detox Resort does request a basic fitness level as some hikes are over hilly terrain. The program changes every day but to give you an idea the usual schedule looks as follows:
- 07:00 Cardio class in nature (hiking, aqua gym, cycling, etc.)
- 10:00 Healthy breakfast
- 11:00 Yoga
- 12:00 Raw, vegan, or vegetarian lunch
- 16:00 or 17:00 Strength and conditioning class
- 18:00 Vegan or vegetarian dinner
- 20:00 Massage (can be booked between 11:00 and 21:00)
Sundays are designated for well-deserved recovery, providing an opportunity to explore the captivating beauty of Samui at your leisure.

Please note that the boat trip to surrounding islands takes place on Sunday.
