The practice includes walking for 4 hours a day, 4 days in a row in a specialized jungle shala surrounded by lush nature and peaceful serenity.
Spiritual practices such as meditation or yoga support the building of your relationship to yourselves in a calm and peaceful environment allowing us to quiet some of the “noise” in your heads you are used to dealing with on a daily basis. Instead of avoiding the noise, Inner Walk allows you to meet the noise. They want you to connect with yourselves amidst the commotion of your minds.
Here, you will gain tools that can help manage your noisy and distracting existence more peacefully, and skills to apply those tools to your daily lives. Alongside the walking practice, you will be able to enjoy the wide variety of daily yoga and meditation classes, and additional harmonizing workshops and events - suitable for all levels of experience. The luxurious facilities also include an outdoor pool and herbal steam sauna.
Each group of walkers starts together, walks together, ends together and supports each other. The practice starts every other Monday at 12:00 pm with a preparatory discussion circle with Prah Orlan, the Buddhist monk who founded the practice, and ends at 5:00 pm. The practice runs until Thursday for 4 days of walking.
In addition to the unique walking experience, guests are also welcome to enjoy the full schedule of classes and workshops that Wonderland has to offer, including a variety of yoga styles, meditation, workshops, lectures, creative classes and discussion groups. The lessons you will learn, realizations you will arrive at, and knowledge of your inner self, along with the long-term support and continued guidance from the inner walk community and your fellow walkers will help you to live the life you want to live, the way you want to live it.
