You will learn so much about alignment of yoga postures, adjustments, sequencing, public speaking and how to effectively guide your future students, but they also place a big focus on personal growth! You’ll learn tools to better your own life on and off the mat, so that you can live more passionately and authentically.
Certification
Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

The caring team of teachers provides a compassionate and safe space for you to explore your yoga evolution. They have decades of yoga, movement, mindfulness, and meditation experience. From day one, you will begin practicing teaching to each other, supervised and guided by the team. While the training is Vinyasa-based, you will also get to experience Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, and Ashtanga yoga. Further, this is the only 200-hour yoga teacher training program in the world that delivers 35 contact hours of anatomy with trained medical professionals.

There is one day off each week where you can relax, enjoy, and explore. Take surf lessons, go zip lining, take a boat trip, go horseback riding, get a massage, or simply laze by the pool.
