During this holiday, you can choose a double room as single or double occupation. The activities and food will be in the romantic Hotel Böglerhof, a 5-star hotel.

It offers wellness, traditional food, a spa, and a ski slope behind the hotel. It is set in a beautiful location with a very friendly welcome. Bigger Ski Arias is located with a 3-minute bus drive called Skijuwel Alpbachtal und Wildschönau. It offers skiing for all levels and is a very well known ski aria in Tyrol Austra.

Programm

You will find yourself in the center of Tirol, Austria the Alpbachtal. This place is famous for its natural beauty, skiing, landscape, and traditions. Enjoy and relax fully in the Böglerhof Hotel which is directly located on a blue beginner's slope and only 5 minutes from the big ski arias. All ski equipment will be provided by a local sports rental called Conny's Sport.

You will be provided professional ski classes to improve your technique to get you to the next level – alongside there will be a video analysis of your ski performance. Daily 60 minutes of yoga will help you build up strength and get flexible. The luxurious spa facilities offered in the hotel together with traditional Austrian food will guarantee the vacation you need.

Days starting with 20 minutes of meditation, followed by breathing exercises, will prepare you for the slopes. The morning meditation and breathwork led by Bianca will give you the best preparation for the slopes.

Please inform Yoga Ibiza Tirol about your ski level (blue, red, or black slopes). They are prepared for beginners as well as advanced freeriders.

Bianca has felt a deep connection to nature since she was young, but her journey into yoga began at 17, as a car crashed into her. Through the experience, she learned that she could realign her own vertebrae all by herself, without pain, therapy, or much effort, and even without the yoga teacher's touch. She understood at that moment that it was time to take responsibility for your own health, mentally as well as physically and that you all have the power to do so.

Please arrange your flight to arrive at Innsbruck Airport (Kranebitten Airport) (INN), Salzburg Airport (SZG), or Munich Airport (MUC). The nearest airport is in Austria Innsbruck, taking a taxi is approximately 50 minutes.

The second option is Munich Airport Germany, taking a taxi is around 2 hours drive. The train is also available to Brixlegg, then take a taxi or bus to Alpbachtal.
