In addition to Reiki, you will also be able to engage in revitalizing yoga practices designed to calm your mind and nourish your body. With plenty of time to enjoy the pool and lagoon of Hidden Garden, you can also take a tranquil stroll to the nearby beach, which will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized.
Reiki healing
Reiki is an energy-based healing method that channels universal energy through the practitioner to the recipient for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. The healer serves as a conduit, allowing the energy to flow freely to where it is needed.
Reiki I and II Initiations
Participants will receive initiation into Reiki levels I and II. Upon completion, each participant will receive a certification.
In Reiki I, participants will learn self-healing techniques and how to heal others in their physical presence. Reiki level II will deepen your Reiki knowledge and provide you with tools to work with Reiki energy from a distance. You will also learn how to perform distant healing to aid those who are not physically present.
Yin yoga
Yin yoga is a form of yoga that emphasizes stillness and tranquility. This practice involves holding poses for several minutes while the body is completely relaxed, allowing for deeper observation of physical sensations and an approach to mental and physical stillness.
Breath is used as a tool to find mental space and relaxation, leading to a calming of the breath, body, and mind.
Embodied Yin (until January)
Embodied Yin is a slow, intuitive practice in which you deepen through poses and breath into the essence of yourself. Long holds in the asana poses will invite grounding and listening to your body as it is. Between poses, you will explore slow, intuitive movement and arrive eventually into stillness. The practice will be suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that emphasizes movement and flow. This practice links poses with breath to create a seamless sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and balance.
The flowing nature of Vinyasa yoga promotes physical detoxification and mental clarity. The synchronizing movement and breath create a meditative state, leading to a calming of the mind and an increase in focus and inner peace.
Somatic slow flow Vinyasa (until January)
Somatic slow flow Vinyasa will be a gentle movement class, suitable for all levels. You will move intuitively through asana poses, guided by your breath. The group will sense into their bodies and move in the way that is the most suitable and accessible for each individual. It will be a gentle but energizing movement practice, including meditation and relaxation.
Somatic movement and singing bowls (until January)
Somatic movement and singing bowls is a slow-based, intuitive practice in which you will deepen into the essence of yourself through simple and gentle movements and poses. The practice will be accompanied by the sound of Tibetan singing bowls. The sound will carry a vibration that will help you to harmonize and arrive at the moment and yourself.
Between poses, you will explore slow, intuitive movement and eventually arrive into stillness and deeper relaxation of the poses. This will be suitable for all levels.
