About the program
Hot Yoga Academy invites you to come and spend 4 days in silence. Join them as you journey within, without any distractions. This will be a transformational experience for all who attend.
The 4-day silent retreat is perfect for anyone who is new to meditation and wants to enjoy a shorter time in meditation and silence. On the 4-day retreat, they offer both shared and private rooms all with shared bathrooms.
Sample daily schedule
The daily schedule is from 07:00 to 21:00. In addition to seated meditation, you will also be practicing pranayama (breathing techniques), yoga, ecstatic dance, contemplative hiking, yoga philosophy, and mindfulness lectures to help you reflect on things that might be arising for you.
