All of Sunrise Hotel's rooms have a sea view of the bay just 100 meters away. You will wake up and sleep with a magical, breathtaking view of the sea and the Aegean horizon that is complemented by the unique beauty of the settlement, composing a magical landscape!
Participants will stay in double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, enjoy breakfast in the outside area, and practice in the space for the callanetics, Pilates, and yoga sessions.
There are 21 double rooms about 18 square meters each, with two single beds and the possibility to add one more if there is a child aged 13 to 17 years. The rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, television, and Wi-Fi.

Marina Katsika
Marina completed her training in Pilates in 2000 and in 2001 she went to Chicago, USA, for the training in Callanetics method and Pilates. In 2008, she completed 200-hour training in YogaWorks system, a combination of Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Yin yoga. This combination has the profit of the Ashtanga dynamic style together with the right alignment of Iyengar and the flow of Yin yoga.

In the amazing village of Kokkari on Samos island, there is an accommodation with a stunning view and a small bay to swim in, coming along with green-blue water full of life for snorkeling.
Sunrise Hotel Kokkari is a family business that has been operating since 1993. It is a seaside hotel in Kokkari, one of the most beautiful settlements on Samos Island. The location is in one of the most beautiful bays of the village, with the beach only 30 meters away.
Due to its location being on a bay, the nearby sea is always peaceful under any wind condition, making it perfect for uninterrupted swimming. This means that crystal clear waters are ready to give you a unique summer experience!
The hotel is located in a unique spot—without other buildings around it and without access to cars (the parking area is close to the center of Kokkari), giving you the opportunity to combine quiet, comfort, and relaxation despite being in a tourist area that is bustling with life.
Nevertheless, it is also just a five-minute walk from the restaurants, cafes, and bars of the settlement, and about eight minutes from the center of Kokkari. The surrounding area is full of tavernas, shops, and water sports such as windsurfing, parachuting, water skiing, and more.
Also nearby are traditional villages with fresh fish, sea view, and friendly staff. This accommodation on Samos is outstanding, especially outside the peak of touristic period.

You can go on an optional trip to waterfalls in Karlovasi, swim in the two beautiful beaches, walk in the gorge, and eat in a local taverna on top of it with a stunning view. The trip is available at an extra cost.
You can also try a wine taster session in Vathy, the capital of Samos, and visit the sandy beach of Kerveli. Another option is to visit local nearby villages such as Ampelos, the balcony of the Aegean Sea, and have dinner in seaside tavernas with fresh fish. Ramblers also has a lot of unique paths to discover, with distances suitable to all, ranging from one to 10 kilometers.
Spa Behandlungen
A 30-minute Shiatsu massage is included in the retreat. You can also enjoy a Thai massage session available at additional costs. Alternative therapies will be available such as acupuncture, aromatherapy and mindfulness meditation.
