There will be a few different accommodations that you will stay at during your pilgrimage.


The Sattva Summit is an intimate yet expansive boutique conscious gathering, featuring some of the world’s most profound yoga teachers, thought leaders, musicians and artists. The Summit offers a unique opportunity for Yogis from across the globe to gather as a community for a week of deep healing, expansion and joy.

During the pilgrimage, you will also have the honor of having Jo Amrein-Palairet guide you for a few sessions in Family Constellation Therapy. This practice will help you uncover the patterns, unresolved emotions, and ancestral influences that may be impacting your life today.

Daily itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Varanasi (Baneras, Kashi)

You will begin with an opening ceremony at 4 p.m.

Day 2 - 4: Varanasi

According to Hindu tradition, Varanasi is the oldest city in the world, the eternal city of Shiva.

During your stay in this holy city, you'll start each day with sunrise walks on the ghats (riverfront steps leading to the banks of the Ganges river). You will also spend time walking through the narrow streets of the old city, enjoy a sunset boat ride and visit Manikarnika Ghat, one of the holiest cremation grounds among the sacred riverfront of Ma Ganga. Yoga, meditating in temples, fire ceremonies, evening aartis, and sacred rituals will also be weaved into your time here.

Day 5: Travel day to Rudraksh

High up in the Himalayas, a retreat center, surrounded by mountain villages and nature.

Day 6 - 8: Rudraksh

In Rudraksh, you will enjoy a Diwali Celebration (the Festival of Lights) and other sacred rituals; daily meditation and yoga; village walks in the mountains; cooking classes; delicious, organic food grown on the land; daily visits to a Shiva temple and more!

Day 9: Travel day to Sattva Summit

Sattva Retreat is a short drive from Rishikesh, India the birthplace of yoga.

Day 10 - 15: Sattva Summit

The Sattva Summit is a boutique conscious gathering, offering the opportunity for yogis from across the globe to gather as a community, for a week of deep healing, expansion and reasonless joy, nestled in the foothills of the Himalayans.

You will gather as a community to deepen in your silence through daily group meditation and rituals, harmonize with the body in your yoga practice, connect to ancient yogic wisdom and the evolutionary teachings of consciousness, nourish your bodies with healing foods from leading Ayurvedic chefs of India, while enjoying live music, chanting, and dancing.

You will also have the opportunity to discover the beauty that Rishikesh has to offer, such as; hikes to Himalayan villages, temple tours, ganga dips, cave meditations, ayurvedic spa treatments, and much more.

You will begin in the city of Varanasi, the oldest living city in the world. You will spend 4 nights in this holy city. You will then head up into the Himalayas for 4 nights to stay at Rudraksh Retreat Center. The pilgrimage will finish near Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga, where you will attend the Sattva Summit.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
