You will stay in a shared double room with a single bed, providing a cozy and inviting space to relax. Bring a friend who shares your passion for self-discovery, personal growth, or simply taking time to recharge. If you’re attending together, I can arrange a private room for the two of you.
Naturhaus Schorfheide offers a truly special atmosphere. The combination of historic charm and high-quality natural materials creates a space of peace and authenticity, appreciated by those who value mindful and sustainable living. Carefully renovated under strict heritage preservation guidelines, the house retains its original character while offering modern comforts. The rooms are designed to be warm and inviting, and guests have access to three beautifully designed shared bathrooms—two on the ground floor and one on the upper floor next to the yoga room, featuring a shower and separate WC.
The accommodation includes 7 rooms with space for up to 14 guests. Bed linen is provided for your convenience. Upon request towels are available for rent at a cost of €15 per person, which includes a bath towel (small and large), sauna towel, and a hand towel.
Each day, you’ll be served fresh, organic juices made from local or seasonal fruits and vegetables in vibrant shades of red, yellow, and green - packed with essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Throughout the day, you’ll also have access to detoxifying herbal teas and pure spring water to support your cleansing journey.

Each morning, you are invited to join two gentle yoga sessions designed to support your detox journey with mindful movement, breath, and presence. These nourishing 45–60 minute practices will gently awaken your body, stimulate circulation, and help you connect with your inner calm, setting a peaceful tone for the day ahead. In a loving and supportive space, you’ll be guided to move intuitively, release stagnant energy, and cultivate a deeper sense of ease and lightness. No prior experience is needed—just bring yourself exactly as you are, and allow your practice to meet you there. You'll also participate in a detox workshop, where you'll learn practical techniques to support your fasting journey, including liver compresses and lymphatic drainage massage.
Short lectures and interactive seminars will provide insights into the fasting process, answering common questions about nutrition, digestion, and metabolism. You’ll explore what happens in your body during fasting, how psychological factors influence the detox experience, and the role of movement and relaxation in optimizing results.
Most importantly, you’ll receive guidance on how to continue fasting independently, with structured preparation and aftercare to help you integrate fasting into your lifestyle with confidence.
Your fasting journey will begin on the Monday before the retreat. You will receive a comprehensive guide on how to best prepare for the upcoming three-day fast. The preparation phase includes three days of gradually eliminating certain foods from your diet to ease your transition into fasting.
The retreat will officially begin on Friday afternoon. Each day will start with a fresh juice, followed by meditation or breathwork, and then some free time to enjoy a nature walk, sauna, lymphatic massage, or simple relaxation. In the fasting workshop, you will explore what happens in the body during fasting.
Saturday will be the second day of fasting, featuring a detox workshop and a fire ceremony with guided journaling. On Sunday, the third fasting day, you will discuss the best ways to reintroduce food after fasting. The program will conclude with a three-day post-fast phase, during which you will mindfully reintegrate food for optimal digestion and nourishment.

The retreat will take place in the beautiful natural surroundings of Schorfheide, just one hour from Berlin Gesundbrunnen. Known for its forests, lakes, and peaceful atmosphere, this area provides the perfect setting to unwind, reconnect with nature, and take a break from daily life - all while being easily accessible from the city.
You will be served three glasses of fresh pressed juices on Saturday and two juices each day on Friday and Sunday. The morning juice will have a higher fruit content to kickstart your day. At lunch, you will have juice to refuel your energy sources. And for dinner, you will have a greener juice, lighter in fruit contents to prepare for a good night's sleep.

The sound massage is an additional service available during the retreat, and can be booked in advance or arranged spontaneously while you're here. In Lena's sound massage, you’ll lie comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed. She places various singing bowls on or around your body and gently plays them, allowing the healing vibrations to flow through you. These soothing sounds help release tension, unblock energy, and promote deep relaxation. The session lasts 60 minutes, with 15 minutes to settle in and 45 minutes of sound therapy. The sound massage also supports your detox journey by stimulating circulation, aiding your body’s natural detoxification, and bringing balance to your system.
