Please note that you will be living in a shared setting and entering a farming community. DiviniTree Yoga invites guests to participate who have good energy, can live with other people, and can go with the flow. The prices are very affordable by Maui standards, they are not a 5-star hotel and they do not provide personal butlers.
Guests can help in small ways like doing their own dish after eating and helping to do Karma yoga for one shift during the retreat. The staff spends countless hours creating and serving incredible food, high-level workshops, and unforgettable adventures. The retreat is small and intimate and tends to sell out.
Each member of the group really matters in creating an overall enjoyable and joyful experience. DiviniTree Yoga asks people to soul search- if friends call you high maintenance- this may not be the retreat for you. If you can live off the grid, be up for an adventure, stay positive, and contribute in group settings, you are invited to come on an unforgettable journey of discovery and gratitude.
If you need a reset, if you need to shake things up, if you are ready for something different, this is an opportunity for you. Instead of a holiday parade, what about a bonfire on the beach? Instead of Black Friday shopping, what about hiking through mystical bamboo forests to secret waterfalls? Instead of being weighed down and stressed out after Thanksgiving, how about feeling your most vital, vibrant, and confident self to step into your personal power and purpose on this Earth?
Who is this for?
The energy of the collective has been intense for the past year and a half. This immersion is for those who are looking for a reset. To reconnect with nature, root deep into gratitude, and from that place, rise up boldly to their highest potential. Giving Thanks is designed to be a "multi-body" retreat that offers physical, emotional, cognitive, and relational upshifts, for those who commit fully to the practices and teachings.

Why gratitude? Can’t I practice that at home?
The benefits of practicing gratitude are nearly endless. People who regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things they're thankful for experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness, and even have stronger immune systems. And gratitude can re-wire our brains for achievement. From Stanford neurobiologist Dr. Andrew Huberman:
“Much of your sense of well-being depends on the release of the neurotransmitter dopamine in the brain. Dopamine circuits are typically activated by goal-directed thinking and actions, toward things outside us. Gratitude is the process of shifting the goal inward. The result is both a heightened sense of wellbeing and deepened appreciation for the outside world.”
From this body and mindset, you will be activating specific practices and techniques to enhance your connection to nature, self, and others, and unlock your most vibrant well-being and highest human potential.
