Join Do Yoga for a magical weekend away at this very special location within earshot of a 40-foot waterfall. Open yourself up to yoga, meditation, and deep healing in the heart of an ancient Cornish forest.
You are staying in an ideal setting for complete relaxation and near to some beautiful beaches and coastal walks. This place has been a spiritual haven for hundreds of years and this is your chance to experience the magic after everyone else has left for the day. The retreat center is hidden away from the general public and you won't be disturbed. There's a large garden, an indoor yoga space, and a treatment room.
It’s all single beds with shared bathrooms, twins, or triples but you are welcome to book a room to yourself for a supplement. The center is only in its second year so everything is new and fresh. It's a cottage feel rather than a hotel with plenty of sofas and nooks for you to curl up in. The gardens are very private and quite large, on several levels, and laid out with Zen in mind. You will practice outside if the weather is fine but there is also a dedicated yoga space.
Join Emma for twice-daily yoga sessions (outdoors, weather permitting) and meditations by the magnificent waterfall, to which you'll have private access. There’ll be dynamic and gentle yoga, plus stress-relieving yoga Nidra in the evenings. You'll gather for a Solstice Fire ceremony up on the hill if it’s fine! Emerge refreshed and healed from this very special experience.
Included access to the waterfall at any time including after the general public has left.
Emma began teaching in January 2002.
