The retreat takes place on eight stunning private acres at the Earth Tantra Outdoor Center and Raven Wild Farm Stay (and BeeZen Huts) in Delta, Colorado. They honor this land as the ancestral territory of the Native American Utes, holding a deep respect for history and spirit. Surrounded by breathtaking views of the Grand Mesa to the north and the distant Elk Mountains to the east, this high-desert sanctuary sits at an elevation of 5,200 feet. The property offers a harmonious blend of natural beauty:

  • Towering cottonwoods, elms, and vibrant trees like crabapple and maple
  • Open fields, a small pond, loving lavender, and peaceful rabbitbrush
  • Hidden micro-spaces for privacy and reflection
  • Bee therapy hut (with limited access)
  • Private outdoor bathhouse or nature spa shower

The communal areas include:

  • Cozy hammock spots for rest and relaxation
  • An outdoor kitchen and eating patio
  • A wood lounge deck and partially shaded outdoor circle
  • A fire and dance space and ceremonial tipi
  • 1/3 mile hiking trail

The land is also home to over five bee hives (peacefully tucked away), dozens of bird species, local plants, 20 chickens, and two outdoor cats, along with two friendly dogs. Wildlife like foxes and raccoons may wander nearby, but larger predators, such as bears and mountain lions, are not present. This sacred space is imbued with a gentle, welcoming vibration - many feel the presence of kindness, healing, and the protective energy of the land’s spirit, lovingly referred to as Grandfather’s Protection. It calls to support all who seek healing, growth, and spiritual transformation.

You will stay at a cozy safe eight-acre farmhouse with some shared spaces. The property is 5,200 feet in elevation - the high desert. The land shares a beautiful blend of grand cottonwood, elm, and other trees (crabapple, maple, etc.) with an open field, small pond, rabbit brush, and micro meditation spaces for privacy. The community space has multiple hammocks, an outdoor kitchen, an eating patio, a lounge and deck area, an outdoor circle (partly shaded), a ceremonial tipi, and more.

You will share the land with dozens of varieties of birds, native and local plants, bees, chickens, two outdoor cats, and two dogs. They do not have bears or mountain lions but other critters like foxes and raccoons. The land calls to support others in their healing and spiritual journey. Many people can feel the vibration and kindness of the land. They are not pet-free homes, however, they are shoeless, smokeless, and low-chemical homes. No perfumes inside the house including scented lotions, etc. More natural soaps or shampoos are provided.

Thank you for respecting a home resident's chemical allergies. If you truly want to embody Mother Earth, they suggest camping. If you are camping, they provide a place for a tent, car camping, or small campers. Hookups are not available, however, you will be able to charge a phone or outdoor toilet and use the outdoor private nature shower. Drinking water is provided and a community freezer is available. Indoor bedrooms will be able to use showers indoors for the upgrade.

For who?

Any adult feeling the call to unplug, immerse in nature to practice, and learn how to build an intimate relationship with earth energy and self. Is anyone ready to start an earth-based Tantric pathway or expand the current? This retreat is intended for individuals, however couples are welcome with prior approval from Tara. Friends and couples are asked to sleep separately on the first night during silent meditation. Couples need to schedule a time to speak with Tara before signing up to make sure this is a good match for their relationship since this is not a couples-focused retreat.

This retreat is best for people looking for an introduction to Tantra, earth-based healing, and/or for folks who missed the foundational practices of Tantra in other workshops or retreats. ETR1 is for beginners to intermediate. This space is also supportive for people who are energy-sensitive and are neurodiverse. The small intimate group supports empaths and people who might be shy or impacted negatively by large groups.

What you can expect?

The focus of this retreat is to reground, recenter, and reconnect through Earth-based Tantric healing modalities and practices.

1. Arrival and grounding

  • Land and ground into the space with a guided tour of Rave Wild Farm and the opening of sacred space
  • Begin with an introduction of tantric breathwork to root yourself in the present moment

2. Silent meditation

Why choose ETR1?

In the hustle of life, it is easy to forget how to slow down, be fully present, and prioritize your whole self. These moments of pause are essential for reconnecting with yourself and others in a genuine, authentic way. Earth-based Tantra gently guides you to cultivate presence, nurture self-care, and deepen your spiritual growth. This retreat offers the tools and space to realign with your inner self, grounded in the rhythms of nature.
