This program is showcasing Mughlai, North India, Rajasthani cuisine, Goan seafood, and Portuguese cuisine. The food tour in Old Delhi will take you on a majestic journey of spices, aroma, and the Mughal era. This program also includes a cooking demonstration followed by dinner with an Indian family in Delhi, Jaipur, and Goa. The interaction with Indian families will give you an opportunity to closely observe Indian culture, tradition, and food habits. The program also includes food walks to discover lip-smacking street foods in India. After completion of this tour, the guest will understand basic Indian recipes and spices along with a colorful cultural kaleidoscope.
The hotels mentioned are indicative and will be booked only once East Voyages gets a go-ahead from your end. The rooms will be subject to availability.
The check-in time at the hotel is 2 p.m. and check-out time is 12 p.m. In case you have a flight arriving or departing at midnight, East Voyages suggests that you book the room for pre-night / late check-out to avoid any inconvenience.
Arrive at Delhi International Airport and transfer to hotel. No activities on this day to relax after a long international flight, however if guests want, they can explore the city on their own. Enjoy lunch at barbeque Nations serving variety of barbeque. This lunch will be available on a direct payment basis.
This evening, enjoy a cooking demonstration with a local family in Delhi followed by dinner. This culinary experience will be chargeable as per quoted supplement in the list.

Breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast, you will proceed for a combined full-day city tour of Old and New Delhi. You start the tour from Old Delhi, Chandni Chowk. This part of Delhi will take you through the Old Mughal era, while walking through old lanes you can see big wooden carved antique doors, big havelis (mansion), narrow lanes, and busy bustling life. You must taste lip-smacking street food in the Old Delhi market area.
Enjoy an Old Delhi food tour from Chawri Bazar Metro Station Outside Exit Gate - 3 (Land Mark: near shop no. 3487-88 Chowk HauzQazi / Ashok Chat Corner (Timing: in summer 08:00 until 12:00, winter 08:30 until 12:30)
What to wear: Because of little conservative society in Old Delhi - Ladies, please dress modestly (wear dress which cover your shoulders and your legs below the knees), Please ensure you are carrying cap for adequate protection against the sun. Usually, you have to take off footwear to visit Indian houses but check with your host as this rule may apply only to some areas of the house.
Post lunch visit New Delhi or Lutyens Delhi, beautifully designed by “Sir Edwin Lutyens”, and drive pass India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan, and Connaught Place. Later continue the sightseeing visiting Humayun Tomb. The tomb was built in 1570 and was the first garden tomb made by Humayun’s son Akbar. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Conclude the sightseeing with the visit to “Qutub Minar”, the stunning red stone tower is 72.5 m high with 2.75 m in diameter. It is also a UNESCO site.
In the evening, enjoy Biryani and Kebab dinner at a local restaurant on a fixed menu basis. This dinner will be on a chargeable basis as per additional quoted supplement.

Breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast, drive to Agra. The land of the Taj is not only famous for the biggest allure “Taj Mahal” but also for the legacy of the Mughals which they had left behind. Their legacy can be seen in mausoleums, tombs, and magnificent forts. Lunch will be on a direct payment basis at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will visit Red Fort. Red Fort is a UNESCO heritage site. It is a major tourist attraction from all over the world. The fort is built of red stone to make it the main residence of the Mughals.
Later, visit a marble workshop and see the artist preparing different marble objects. Visit a Petha shop (the famous sweet of Agra made of pumpkin white ash gouard. Petha tasting is included.
Evening dinner will be at a local restaurant. This dinner will be on a chargeable basis as per quoted supplement.

In the early morning, visit the beautiful Taj Mahal. During sunrise, the sun's rays have a magical effect on the marble surface. It changes its color which creates eternal beauty (closed on Friday).
Return to hotel for breakfast. Post breakfast drive to Jaipur en-route visit Fatehpur Sikri. The short-lived capital of Mughal emperor Akbar “Fatehpur Sikri is 40 km away from Agra. Sufi Saint Salim Chisti from Sikri village predicted the birth of an heir to the Mughal throne. Akbar then built this beautiful monument which blends Mughal and Persian art.
Continue the drive to Jaipur. Jaipur is also known as a pink city because of its wall color which are exclusively painted in pink color. This colorful city has chaotic streets, colorful auto rickshaws, and lively culture. It is the gateway to Rajasthan. Here you can still see royal life, forts, and palaces reflecting a glorious past.
On arrival, check in at the hotel. Later enjoy lunch at the hotel. Lunch will be on a direct payment basis.
In the evening, enjoy a cooking demonstration followed by dinner with a local family. This year has been declared as Millet Year and in this part of India people use millet a lot in their daily food. It has very good health benefits since it is gluten-free, you will also come to know about it. You will also get to know about spices and our food habits. It will be a wonderful session along with cultural exchange. This culinary experience will be on a chargeable basis as per quoted supplement.

After early breakfast proceed to visit Amber Fort. En route, stop at Hawa Mahal for clicking some pictures. It is a stunning 5-story building. It was built to enable royal ladies to see the daily lives of the city or some function or procession as in those days ladies had to cover their faces. Visit Amber Fort by shared jeep.
Later enjoy a food walk at a local market and taste local street food. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. Also, visit a sweet shop where you can taste two sweets of your choice. You can then buy yourself these sweets and savories. This food walk and lunch will be chargeable at an additional quoted supplement. Later, visit City Palace (Royal residence) and observatory (Jantar Mantar).
In the evening, experience a cooking demonstration of LAAL MAAS PREPARATION (famous Rajasthani recipe cooking RED MEAT OF GOAT) using flavorful Indian species. It is actually a very famous non-vegetarian recipe. This culinary experience will be on a chargeable basis as per quoted supplement.

Breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast, guests will be transferred to the airport to board the flight to Goa. Meeting and assistance at the airport and transfer to hotel. Breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast, drive to a cookery workshop. They have been conducting classes for many years. It offers fun-filled culinary experiences in the form of cookery workshops and culinary tours to travelers visiting Goa. Visit Panjim market wherein the guests will be taken to buy spices used for cooking the guests will be accompanied by a guide. Later on, the guests will be taken to the venue wherein they will be given a nonalcoholic welcome drink. The cooking demo (wherein the guest would participate too), chicken xauti, Macrael rechado, and vonn (sweet dish). This culinary experience will be on a chargeable basis as per quoted supplement.
Post-cooking, guests will be having the food cooked by them along with other items such as rice and pickle and one bottle of beer complimentary.
Post lunch, back to the hotel. The evening will be at leisure to relax. Dinner will be at a local restaurant on a direct payment basis.

Panjim, the current capital of Goa is known for its Indo-Portuguese-styled architecture that was one of the first to be established when the capital was moved. One beautiful little section that was built during the making of Panjim was Fontainhas, also called the Latin Quarters of Panjim.
From the times of the tobacco trade to the minting of coins and the final administrative Centre of the Portuguese, Panjim has seen it all. With a special focus on the Fontainhas area, you discover the 'Making of Panaji'. You will learn how ‘Nova Goa’ developed as the new capital city after the older capital, Old Goa crumbled down with diseases. You will listen to stories about the most prominent monuments of the area. In addition, you will a local house and one of the oldest bakeries in the city and try out some local delicacies! Let Panjim give you an experience of Goa that will seem like a whole new world altogether!
