The program includes food from small eateries to lavish authentic dinners to simple traditional meals with Indian families, along with cooking demonstrations. Included destinations in the program are well known for their famous cuisine and different cooking techniques. There are different delicious non-veg and vegetarian cuisines like biryani, kebab, tikka, curry, mouth-watering street food, soft idlis, appam, dosa, tangy and spicy sambar, and I have to say the list is never-ending.
