There will be a breakfast buffet, a traditional dinner, and a tasting menu dinner with regional dishes accompanied by Mas Marce organic cheeses, and local organic wines without lead sulfites included in the price.
Breakfast
Breakfast is from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. At breakfast, you will find locally-made sausage, cheese, homemade jam, cakes and yogurt, pastries, rice with quinoa cakes, and cereal. Organic eggs are offered in an omelet fried with bacon or scrambled, and are served with fresh bread or toast. Breakfast is served with your choice of coffee or tea, cow's milk, soy milk, oat milk, homemade herbal tea, and fruit juice.
Dinner
Dinner is served from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The relationship with farming means the products are of high quality thereby ensuring the authentic flavor of the food. The traditional dinner menu comprises salad, one first and one-second course, local wine, several desserts, and coffee or infusions. %The menu is set, but changes daily and with notice, El Moli de Siurana can accommodate special dietary requirements. The light dinner comprises either a dish of salad or toast and omelet or cheese, sausages or croquettes, anchovies, and fish or meat if you prefer, as well as desserts, coffee, and herbal teas.
The gastronomic dinner consists of a variety of starters and dishes combined with the organic cheeses of Mas Marce, Vins de Taller organic wines, or natural wines without sulfites.
