On this retreat, you will be doing workouts from beach workouts, bodystyling, and boxing workouts to high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Don't worry, you won't need a specific fitness level to join; it´s about improving your current fitness level and just having fun!! Recover from the workouts with stretch and yoga sessions.

Do I need to have a certain level of fitness to join the retreat?
Elevafitretreat recommends that you are already exercising, as the workouts are designed for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. It is entirely up to you whether you join all or just a few of the training sessions. This week is all about you and your well-being, so do what feels good for you.
Do I have free time during the retreat to relax at the pool or explore Canggu?
At Oasis, you will have plenty of free time between the training sessions and meals. You can relax by the pool, read a book, go to the sauna, cool down in the ice pool, explore Canggu, play table tennis or badminton, or go to the beach. It's up to you :)
Are there snacks provided between meals?
Oasis has a café serving coffee, freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, and smoothie bowls. There are two free items for each participant every day, so you could order a coffee and a freshly squeezed juice or a smoothie bowl and a coffee; it's up to you. Any additional order will be at your expense (cash or credit card).
Is it okay if I come by myself?
Absolutely! Many people come by themselves. Get ready to have a lot of fun and make new connections with likeminded individuals.
Can I come with my boyfriend/husband?
No, as this is a ladies fitness retreat, it is for ladies only.
Are the retreat activities and training sessions optional or mandatory?
All retreat activities are optional. You participate if you want to do so. The week is about you doing what feels right for you.
Where is the meeting point for the Ladies Power Fitness Retreat?
You will all meet directly at Oasiis and check in at 2:30 p.m. together. Early check-ins are not possible as another retreat group will be checking out on the same day in the morning.
