How the retreat works

You will receive daily pre-recorded meditation sessions that you can use to practice every day for the whole duration of the retreat.

You will have two live sessions to start the jumpstart program as well as conclude it (60 minutes for each session). During the live Zoom call with Alison Rothman, you can use it to answer any questions about meditation that you may have, any concerns about starting a meditation practice, and to do some practice together with guidance.

The timing of the live sessions with Allison will be confirmed with you after you register. You will receive an email with the link to schedule the sessions.

This meditation retreat is held online. Embody Life Women's Holistic Wellness is based in Boulder, Colorado, the USA (MDT) and they will live-stream the classes via Google Hangouts based on MDT (GMT-6) during summer and GMT-7 for session/s after November 7, 2021, which you can participate in from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
