One-on-One Online Yoga for Stress Management

Stress and anxiety are common and appropriate feelings towards the current difficult times. How you manage them, in body and mind, can influence your own wellbeing, as well as the wellbeing of your loved ones. This one-on-one session will include a full yoga session, information on the mind-body response to stress and a break down of techniques you can use on and off the mat to reduce stress in the moment and feelings of anxiety overall.

Together with Emily Gold, you will look at your current lifestyle and identify areas for self-care, stress management, and improved wellness. You will learn yoga, breath, and mindfulness techniques to manage stress throughout your day and have the opportunity to do a 30-minute yoga session that is designed to improve your body's overall ability to handle stress.
