Tools required

You will need a phone, laptop, or computer with a stable internet connection in order to attend the private sessions on Zoom.

Timing of sessions (GMT +1/GMT)

Emma is available every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday; you and Emma will agree on the specific time and schedule of your sessions upon inquiry. There will be a total of 4 1-hour private sessions spread over 4 weeks (one 1-hour session each week).

You will have an hour session a week to go over your health and wellbeing progress, questions, changes, and to keep you on track to reach your goals.

This private session is held online. Emma Marshall is based in London, UK (GMT +1) and she will live-stream the sessions via Zoom based on BST (GMT +1) during Summer and GMT for session/s after October 25th, 2020 which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
