Beat the winter blues. enLiven retreats understand that for most of you, the winter months can feel longer than all the others. With cold weather and little sunshine, it is easy to want to tuck away, close up, and hibernate. The problem is the world just isn’t set up for you to go into hiding once the weather gets cold which is why Enliven Retreats has designed their “beat the winter blues” retreat. In the still and quiet of the Adirondack winter, the retreat is hot!
With morning and evening yoga and meditation and skiing and snowshoeing your body will be busy. And, in the warm and cozy Green River Inn you can expect winter to feel less chilly and a whole lot more fun. This is the new venue and they are super excited about it. This resort allows you to have a traditional Vermont resort all to yourself. They will have a restaurant with organic food, a private yoga space, a spa for your enjoyment, and many snowshoes and hiking trails - and nobody else will be there.
There is an option to have your own room or share a room (single rooms have a slight price premium). Enliven Retreats also is bringing Brenda Stoeke to this retreat. They will have workshops that encompass both Human Design consulting as well as applying the Law of Attraction in a very approachable way. Every retreat attendee will receive a gift certificate for one hour of coaching with Brenda (a 200 USD value).
Activities
Meditation
The guided meditation offerings allow you to start your day with clarity and enter into it with a renewed sense of calm. Beginning each day with this intention sets the stage for the transformational work you will do throughout your time together.
Yoga
Whether cozy in the lodge or out in the crisp autumn air, the twice-daily yoga offerings are designed to invigorate your day and send you into restful evenings. From novice to advanced, the group practice will provide just what you’re looking for.
Workshops
Friday night, Saturday morning, and Sunday morning (approximately six hours in total); you will learn how to align with your highest self and vibration and how to start manifesting more of what you want in your life.
Outdoor activities
You will hike the beautiful trails (or snowshoe, weather dependent), and Enliven Retreats plan on a moonlight snowshoe.
Group activities
In addition to the yoga, snowshoeing, and workshops, the group will spend Friday night in the kitchen with the lodge chef to learn how to cook hearty, healthy winter meals and have a very fun dinner. They are certain that there will be a dance party or a pajama party at some point during the weekend. It would be strange if they didn't!
