This fitness program incorporates the latest best-in-class techniques to help you push your physical boundaries, increase your skills, and improve your endurance, cardio, flexibility, and strength. Join Canada’s most recognized and sought-after fitness coach, Tommy Europe, as he takes his celebrated fitness class to the great outdoors.

During the workshop, you will discuss the importance of understanding the power in-relationship, where you all learn to answer the most important question on the planet, “Am I worth it?” Turns out, the biggest challenge facing each of us “these days” is that we have never been more disconnected, making it harder than ever to determine if we really, truly matter in this world.

Through exploring the most recent research on attachment and emotional regulation, you will talk about some very practical things that are critical in first helping others in your life to manage emotions and later what that looks like in your friendships, your marriages, and most importantly, with yourself. You are the most incredible gift to this world. Right here, right now, you are enough.

A gentle practice that still creates a chance to challenge the bodies patterning and develop a slower practice that focuses on the connective tissue and deeper tissues in the body. The main focus is brought to the hips, back, shoulders and creating longer slower holds to allow the body to open in the process. Restorative yoga and guided meditation experience will help you fall into a peaceful high-quality sleep. Breathwork to slumber exercise.

Day 2

  • Sunrise Restorative yoga with Marin McCue

Start your day with awareness, movement, and breath with this Vinyasa based practice. This class will get your heart pumping while working with your body post-sleep. An energetic practice that blends sweat, strength, and flexibility in a class that thoroughly tones the body and disciplines the mind. Create a clear path of action for the day to live in a state of embodied mindfulness.

  • Yoga Nidra and guided meditation with Sarah Harvie and live Cello performance by Erin Beach

This 90-minute yoga workshop is led by Sarah Harvie, and classically trained cello player Erin Beach. Practice begins with gentle asana, followed by beautiful yoga Nidra practice, and finishes with a 20-minute meditation all to the soothing sounds of the cello.

Yoga Nidra is a deep and blissful state of yogic relaxation. Through guided meditation, the physical body is led into a relaxed sleep state while the mind remains alert and aware. Participants are invited to call forth a “Sankalpa” - a deep aspiration or intention (e.g. “I am healthy”; “I am happy”; “I am grateful”) which is infused into this higher state of consciousness to reach places of stillness.

  • Kundalini yoga workshop - A nervous system boot with Sarah Harvie

Kundalini yoga (the yoga of awareness) is designed to train your nervous system to deal more gracefully with stress. Using breathe body techniques to rise above your daily challenges. Kundalini yoga is a technology designed to make you the best version of you, a better parent, daughter, son, business person, community member.

You will leave this workshop with effective Kundalini “technologies” to use in your daily life to boost your nervous system and manage stress. Come find out what the Kundalini Revolution is all about.

The workshop includes a practice of Kriyas (postures with breathe technologies) to settle and strengthen the nervous system, meditation (you will be surprised ease and focus you will have to sit) and a discussion on how to practice Kundalini in your daily life both on and off the mat.

The emphasis of the workshop is for you to experience new mind states in real time during the practice. You will feel energized for life in new ways after this workshop.

  • 13:30 - 14:15 “Food for Thought”: An interactive healthy cooking demonstration with Evolve Health Chef, Chris Murphy and certified dietician, Melissa Goldsmith

Learn just how easy it is to choose and prepare healthy meal options. This workshop will focus on the health benefits of buying local while supporting Alberta growers. It will be an interactive food demo featuring today’s lunch. The chef will teach you simple and delicious salad dressings, basic culinary techniques while demonstrating how easy whole food meals can be.

Tommy’s keynote presentation will have you dropping your excuses to make exercise a priority. Learn great ways to incorporate motion into your daily life.

This workshop will teach you best choices when purchasing packaged food items. You will learn to identify and understand the most important part of food packaging. Shared information will provide you with the knowledge to cut through misleading details, instruction on how to review ingredients, assess health claims and nutrition tables. Fun food facts and tips are included to help you conquer the grocery store like a pro!

  • 15:15 - 16:15 Restorative yoga with Sarah Harvie at the Gazebo patio

The class is a beautiful balance starting with a steady practice matching movement and breath, heart with lungs. Sarah will create a fluid unique sequence with a primary focus on generating internal heat through breath, sun salutations, balance, and strength. Once you are warm, you will transition to restorative yoga postures and the use of props to allow your mind and body to unwind.

  • 16:15 - 17:15 Wellness workshop in the Celeste Room

This workshop will provide you with the latest research on how stress impacts health and how to use natural strategies including mind/body medicine, herbs, nutrition, yoga and breathing to counteract the effects that stress has on our health and to live a happier, healthier and more balanced life.

  • Let’s talk about hormones with Dr. Ingemaud Gerber, MD

Hormones play an important role in health, but information about the different types of treatment, including their effectiveness and inherent risks, has often left us feeling confused. Join Dr. Ingemaud Gerber to learn the fundamentals of hormones. This workshop details the most significant hormones, common symptoms that can emerge when they are not effectively balanced, and various treatment options.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Calgary International Airport (YYC). The shuttle transfer can be arranged for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
