Day 1: Arrival day
Highlights: Enjoy yoga and Meditation in the beautiful country, Nepal
Welcome to Kathmandu international airport. On your arrival at the airport, you will be relieved of any travel stress as the tour representative will welcome you, take care of your luggage, and transfer you to the hotel in a private car. Complete your hotel check-in process. Your yoga instructor will conduct a short program briefing over welcome drinks. Later in the evening, your 1-hour yoga session will be conducted by your yoga instructor.

Day 2: Kathmandu - Panauti
Highlights: Experiencing the local homestay in Panauti
Early morning wake up and get ready for yoga and meditation. After completing 1-hour of yoga and meditation, get freshen up and have your breakfast. After breakfast, complete your hotel check-out procedure and start your 1 and half hours drive to Panauti.
Panauti is one of the oldest towns in Nepal consisting of many temples and monuments. This historical site consists of a variety of Buddhist and Hindu religious monuments, making it one of the most important medieval sites. Upon arrival in Panauti, complete the hotel check-in procedure, followed by welcome drinks, and enjoy the local sightseeing around Panauti Village. In the evening, your yoga and meditation class will be in your homestay. Dinner will be provided at your homestay.

Day 3: Panauti - Dhulikhel
Highlights: Short hike to the Namobuddha Monastery
In the morning, wake up and get ready for yoga and meditation. After completing a yoga and meditation class, have your breakfast and complete the check-out procedure. Start your drive to Dhulikhel.
Dhulikhel is a small Newari town of old houses and temples. It is a hill station for viewing the beautiful snow-peak Himalayas. And this is a local weekend retreat for the locals to get away from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu city.
Arrive at Dhulikhel, complete the hotel check-in process and rest for an hour. Now you will enjoy the short hike to Namobuddha Monastery. Namobudha is one of the most important religious sites of the Buddhists after Kathmandu, Swyambhunath, and Bouddhanath. The religiously important Namobuddha, surrounded by a serene environment and green hills, is gaining fame as an important Buddhist pilgrimage site.
In the evening, you will hike back to Dhulikhel and complete your yoga and meditation class.

Day 4: Dhulikhel - Kathmandu
Highlights: Enjoy yoga and meditation classes overlooking the views of the Himalayas.
Today you will enjoy a morning yoga and meditation class overlooking the mountains during sunrise. Have your breakfast at your hotel and complete the hotel check-out procedure. Start your drive to Kathmandu. En route, visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square.
This oldest durbar square is a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its many unique temples and squares and a rare collection of medieval arts and architecture. At the center of it all is the eye-catching Pachpanna Jhyale Durbar (55 window palace). Have your lunch in Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Afterward, drive to Kathmandu.
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to your hotel as this is the last day to stay in Nepal. You don’t have any classes in the evening. You can enjoy the nightlife of Nepal or stay at your hotel.

Day 5: Departure
Highlights: Back to your country
In the morning, complete your yoga and meditation session. Have breakfast at your own pace since there is no special program today. Feel free to go shopping or spa or do anything you wish to do.
The Eyes on Nepal team will pick you up from your hotel 3 hours before the flight departure time. Usually, the checkout time in Nepali hotels is before noon (12 p.m).
