How the course works

There will be 2 live sessions of 60 minutes each. The live session can be schedule after booking. You have 6 month to complete the course and you can also download the material to rewatch it.

Tools required

All you really need is a computer / laptop / pad or phone plus, of course, an internet connection. For the yoga lessons you will need comfortable clothing, a yoga or exercise mat, and one pillow.

Hormone Yoga Therapy: Learn about the endocrine system and hormonal imbalances, the Bandhas, breathing techniques, the Nadis & Chakra system, and contraindications to practice Hormone Yoga Therapy.

First individual live call

  • Self-study module: Practice the daily series, learn new Pranayama and anti-stress-techniques to reduce stress. In this module you will also learn about the 4 inner seasons and the rhythm of the monthly cycle and hormones.
  • Second individual live call
  • Self-study module: Practice the daily Hormone Yoga therapy series, learn new Pranayama and anti-stress-techniques as well as how to improve your sleep, including a night time routine.

The practice of Hormone Yoga will take you approximately 30 minutes, once you learned the sequence.

Studies have shown that the estrogen level can increase up to 254% within 4 month of practice if your estrogen level is low. The symptoms of low hormones have disappeared or are close to zero. Hot flashes disappeared in two month time. Urogenital dryness disappears after 5 days already. Stress, irritation and emotional instability have improved within 2 month. PMS and irregular cycle can be balanced within a couple of month with continuous practice and lifestyle adaptations.

  • Pregnancy
  • Advanced endometriosis
  • Recent eye surgery
  • Myomas (medical permission needed for small fibroids, large 3+cm fibroids are a contraindication)

If in doubt please contact them before starting the course. You maybe need permission from your doctor before starting the practice. In case you cannot practice Hormone Yoga Therapy, they will adapt the Yoga practice part for you.
