To complete your unwinding, nature immersed stay, we've ensured you have a comfortable bed for the best possible night's sleep after an intense day. For your accommodation, you can choose between our brand new retreat house with a private garden, one of our comfortable rooms, or optionally one of our luxurious yurts.
As seen in the photos, the rooms are fully equipped, and every room has a wood stove to keep you warm during the colder winter period. The rooms are equipped with a large bed. All have a separate entrance that directly borders the outdoor area and adjacent nature view. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Should you choose this option, the bathroom and kitchen are to be shared with other guests.
Our retreat house is unique in its design as it is a former stable complex that's part of the Finca. This spacious house gives you all the privacy you need. You'll have your own bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a large bed and wood stove for those colder winter nights. This house has a magnificent view over the ocean and a stunning valley at your front door.
As an additional option, we have our Lotus Yurts, which offer our guests a fantastic night's rest and an excellent start to the day. The view from our yurts is breathtaking when you step out in the morning. The Atlantic ocean and stunning valley lie literally at your feet. It's a view you won't find elsewhere in Tenerife.

Your facilitators guide you in profound one-on-one sessions such as coaching and inner child work, guided meditations, family constellations, energy treatments, and Human Design to find the answers that help you through life. You will leave the site with practical and spiritual (spi-realistic) insights that benefit you for life.
Free Canari uses a large variety of techniques and treatments in our profound one-on-one sessions, such as; in-depth personal coaching, guided meditations, family constellations, energy treatments, Human Design readings, and inner-child therapy. By combining all our knowledge, communications skills, and experience in coaching and therapy, we offer you mind-blowing and transformational insights that will positively change your life forever.
The coaching and treatments apply to a wide variety of issues, for example:
- Experiencing difficulties setting boundaries and being overly loyal to unhealthy people or situations
- Being overly concerned for others: you always put yourself in the second or even last place to satisfy the needs of others
- Perfectionism: everything you do has to be perfect. Failure is not an option, and making mistakes feels lethal
- Perseverance: failing or giving up isn't mentioned in your vocabulary. While potentially a positive characteristic, perseverance quickly turns against you when you've never learned when enough is enough
- Insecurity: a lack of self-esteem and self-trust, or low self-confidence and self-love often develop early in life. You constantly compare yourself to others and often feel inadequate
- Being a stimulant addict: you cannot sit still, do anything, or accept silence
- High sensitivity: you automatically sense every subtle signal of unhappiness from your environment. You feel the desire to do something about those signals, or you face trouble trying to make it negotiable
- Low frustration tolerance and low-stress resistance: you feel like you can't live up to the expectations of your environment

It may be good for you to know that we have several options for you to tailor your unique experience with us. We always go as deep as possible and continuously adapt to your needs. The coaching program is never a one size fits all package. To ensure that, Free Canari provides you with the best results, we tailor-make a combination that meets your needs.
When choosing a program that suits you, you can choose from an intensive package with 2 coaching sessions or other treatment per day or a slightly less intensive package with 1 session per day. This package gives you some time to relax and process all the information. You can also supplement the time with assignments from your personal workbook or individual exercises.
Depending on which package suits you best, the day will look something like this:
- Start every day with a nutritious breakfast with one of our coaches. Use this time to go through the day and prepare for the sessions that follow later that day. If you have booked an intensive program, your first session will start immediately after breakfast. This takes an average of 1.5 hours and is often fairly intensive.
- Therefore, after your session, you will have some time to gather your thoughts while a delicious lunch is prepared for you. You also enjoy lunch with one of the coaches for a pleasant conversation, additional information, or a short reflection on your morning session.
- Depending on your program, you will have your second session or a personal assignment/free time after lunch. The morning and afternoon schedules may be switched with the less intensive program.
- The evenings are all to yourself. Of course, an extensive meal will also be prepared for you for dinner, which you again do not have to eat on your own. Experience shows that dinner is an excellent time to reflect on an intensive and instructive day. Afterward, you can choose to enjoy the sunset, retire to your room or yurt, connect with other guests on the property, and end the day in a warm, comfortable bed.
Free Canari has an adapted program based on your schedule on the day of arrival and departure. This usually means that you have a short session on these days to get acquainted and close off your stay.

The programs and supplemented treatments are entirely tailored to you. That is to say, on your life questions, challenges, or problems, and on your type of personality. Free Canari looks at your wishes, goals, and capacities to suit who you are. Are you ready to take back control of your life? The process of growth doesn't end when you go back home. Often, going back to your old environment creates challenges on its own. You will now have the tools to make your own decisions and live the life YOU want. Willian is a qualified coach who has developed on various fronts. What once started in business as a manager in an international company. Now it's time to offer all the knowledge and experience to people who really need it. Willian works with spiritual techniques and methods, but also has both feet on the ground. For example, he recently obtained his Hoʻoponopono diploma (Hawaiian healing method). He can also give universal energy treatments and he knows a lot about chakras. Willian supervises meditations and provides the coach lessons.
Location
Magical and unique are the words that best describe our 12 acres of private land in the middle of nature. Gaze at our breathtaking view of the ocean; a must-see during sunset. Enjoy the comfortable silence, which is hard to find these days, say goodbye to the crowded, polluted cities for a moment and enjoy all of nature's beauty. And in case you need some time for yourself, our location is also a great starting point for some of the best hikes on the island. It's also closely located to Anaga National Park, Tegueste, and the natural pools of Bajamar.
This retreat is designed to get you closer to your True Self. We do this by removing all unnecessary distractions. Being in nature and going back to basics will make it easier for you to go back to your core being and find out what your life is about.
When all distractions are gone, your phone is turned off, and you're out of your social, work, and family environment, what is left? Who are you then, and what role do you play in your life? The location we offer is entirely focused on and adapted to reaching that core of yourself.

Free Canari kindly advises you to book your flight to Tenerife-North Airport (TFN). A transfer from the airport is included in your stay. From there, it's a 15-20 minutes drive to the retreat location.
Alternatively, you can book a flight to Tenerife-South Airport (TFS). Most budget airlines offer flights to the Southern airport. You can take the public bus service, which provides a direct, hourly connection to airport North, where Free Canari can pick you up. This bus takes about 50 minutes and costs approximately 10 EUR.
