This week-long course is a residential women-only health and fitness retreat of high-intensity physical training supported by an expert team to help you achieve your goals. All of the bootcamp venues are of a high standard (you are not expected to stay in barracks or tents!). Most of the rooms are en suite, and if you do not have an en suite the bathroom is not far away (next door). All towels and linen are provided throughout your stay.

Most ladies come alone and GI Jane Bootcamp team pairs you up with your roommate on arrival. Usually real friendships are formed.

Although most of the ladies are happy to share accommodation, GI Jane Bootcamp can offer at extra cost single occupancy rooms if you are planning to stay for a week.

For this program, you are going to stay at Scuttington Manor Sittingbourne.

Program

You will be asked to join the bootcamp on the first day at 3 p.m. And you will leave on the final day at approximately 10 a.m. During your week-long stay, you will be provided with nutritionally balanced food and the expert emotional support needed to tackle this inspiring yet tough challenge.

You will be asking your body to do things that you'd never thought possible, and you will be pushing yourself to reach personal goals that you thought were impossible to achieve. You will probably find this to be the most challenging yet invigorating thing you have ever done.

The price includes accommodation, food and beverages, nutritional advice, life coaching, and all your training. It will also include a mid-week massage plus all off-site activities. Most ladies come alone and we pair you up with your roommate on arrival. Usually, real friendships will be formed.

You may find yourself involved in activities that you haven't done since your school days, but there will always be lots of laughter! Rest assured, however, the program will not make you do anything you are truly uncomfortable with.

Location

All of GI Jane Bootcamp's camps are situated within the Kent/Sussex borders, about one hour by train from central London. Because of the proximity to London, this means all their venues are also within easy reach of the UK’s main airports Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted & City.

The bootcamps are located in and around some of England's finest countryside packed with numerous quaint villages and a patchwork quilt of fields and farms, waiting to be explored by bootcampers on their runs and walks. The stunning scenery of the Garden Of England provides an inspiring backdrop to motivate you.

GI Jane Bootcamp believes nutrition is just as important as exercise. Whatever exercise you currently do, if your diet is not balanced and healthy then you cannot out-train a bad diet. Fact!

GI Jane Bootcamp team looks at your whole lifestyle and understand that weight is the major issue with most women. As ladies, you are the best organizers in the world, but when it comes to healthy eating, you struggle! So with this in mind, and also taking into account other factors that affect your weight, such as stress: sleep deprivation, too much sugar in your diet, digestive problems, portion control, a decrease in your metabolism (which can be by up to 30% due to years of "yo-yo" dieting) and other issues, the team gives you the tools to move forward.

GI Jane Bootcamp team will help you reset your metabolism, introduce their 21-day challenge and basically reeducate you. You will be encouraged to leave your "bad habits" with them and embark on an exciting new chapter of your life!

On arrival, GI Jane Bootcamp removes CRAP from your diet, which they believe to be the main causes of weight gain!

A healthy and balanced diet

At GI Jane Bootcamp, you will be having 1200 calories a day, which will be a healthy and balanced diet, and includes all food groups. The meals are freshly prepared using the best ingredients available. You will be eating five times per day, which GI Jane Bootcamp will encourage you to continue to do once you leave the retreat.

The nutrition plan is designed to keep you going and to get your body working at its optimum level. Whilst with them, you will be burning between 3-4,000 calories per day, thus creating this deficit, you cannot fail to lose inches and weight!

The nutritionist will give you a detailed nutritional motivational talk and will be onsite to give you individual time to review your lifestyle and provide you with a plan for when you leave the retreat. Their after-care is second to none, and should you need further support; at any time after leaving the program, the team will always be there to help!

On departure, you will be given recipes, menu plans, and much more. This is the kick start to a permanent lifestyle change, and GI Jane Bootcamp believes if you really want to change, then this will happen. Anything is possible, it’s all about self-belief!

On booking bootcamp, you will be asked if you have any special dietary needs or food allergies. GI Jane Bootcamp can cater to all dietary requirements and where necessary tailor dishes to your individual needs.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Gatwick Airport (LGW). Gatwick is the nearest airport, but all the London airports do express trains direct into London Victoria where you catch the train to Sittingbourne.

It takes approximately 45 minutes from London Victoria and GI Jane Bootcamp offers a collection service from Sittingbourne Train Station at 2:30 p.m. on arrival and drops off you back to the station at 10 a.m. at the end of your stay.

Arrival by taxi

Taxis from Gatwick are around 85 GBP each way.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
