You will be staying in a 20 square meter room with one large double bed, private bathroom, TV, shower, and a balcony with a sea view. Toilet paper, airconditioning, and WiFi will also be provided.

Program

The program includes two daily training sessions with an experienced teacher who has over 35 years of martial arts experience. In the mornings, you will focus on technique and combat skills, while the afternoon session will be dedicated to fitness and physical conditioning. Your teacher will selflessly share his knowledge with you and help you improve and become a better fighter.

Your day will start early with the morning training session, which will wake you up and prepare you for the day ahead. After the training, you will have the opportunity to rest and relax before dinner. The afternoon training will help you maintain your fitness and physical readiness, so you can be prepared for the challenges ahead.

After training, you will have free time to explore the local culture and attractions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to meet other participants in the program and exchange experiences and knowledge. With the program, they guarantee not only physical progress but also emotional and spiritual development. Come and join a journey of self-improvement and discover your true potential.

Location

Premantura is a settlement located on the northern part of Cape Kamenjak (44°48′N; 13°55′E; 47 meters above sea level) with a population of 845 (2001), located in the municipality of Medulin. It is situated further away from the sea, on a gentle hill. The village is scattered, with traditional houses surrounding a square with a church. In the second half of the 20th century, it expanded with the construction of residential houses and holiday homes, and more recently with entire residential neighborhoods.

The inhabitants were previously mainly engaged in traditional agriculture and fishing, but nowadays work in nearby Pula and its surroundings. There are several small marinas for fishing and sports boats. Tourism is an important source of income, with private apartments and holiday homes, as well as campsites like Stupice and Runke.

The area has been inhabited since prehistory and Roman times, with numerous archaeological finds in the vicinity. In the Middle Ages, the area belonged to Pula, and there may have been a settlement on the site of today's Premantura that was abandoned after the plague epidemics in the 15th and 16th centuries.

During Venetian attempts to resettle new inhabitants in southern Istria, Premantura received settlers from Bologna in 1561 and later refugees from Dalmatia escaping Ottoman invasions. By 1638, there were already 270 inhabitants, forming the nucleus of the present-day village. A new parish was established in Premantura in 1632, with the parish church of St. Lawrence consecrated in 1664. The church houses five wooden carved gilded polychrome altars with sculptures dating back to the 17th century.

In the churchyard, there is the church of St. Anthony of Padua (St. Nicholas), mentioned in 1458 and rebuilt in 1873.
