The local guide will be welcoming you at Noi Bai airport; it takes us 35 minutes to drive to the center of Hanoi. Check in the hotel and have a short time to freshen up.
Late afternoon, have an overall view of the capital by a “cyclo” visit, which will go through the fascinating network of narrow alleys and shop houses also known as ‘The 36 Streets’ – each street being named after the merchandise traditionally sold there, ranging from fabrics to crafts and from medicines to tombstones. Drop by at Ngoc Son Temple located on the Hoan Kiem Lake. Welcome dinner at the local restaurant will be followed the sightseeing.

09:00 Picked up by driver and transferred to studio complex for our full-day retreat, experience the twist of fun and how local enthusiasts pamper their wellbeing.
Your opportunity to explore and create your own unique schedule from diverse classes. You will get a combination of total: a 60-min curated Yoga/Pilates session, a 60-min deep meditation session, a 60-min body massage, a 45-min head spa, a 45-min workshop.
In between experiences, enjoy an organic healthy lunch set, a short 15-minute tea break, and a 60-minute afternoon tea set.
16:30: Return back to the hotel. Relax & leisure time to explore the city.

After breakfast and checking out the hotel, transferred to Pu Luong Nature Reserve via a breathtaking mountain pass. Enjoy a panoramic view of the whole valley along the way.
Arrive at Pu Luong in time for a delicious lunch with local dishes. After lunch, check in the room and have some free time to explore the beautiful retreat, with its captivating views of the surroundings and tranquil setting.
In the afternoon, cross a suspension bridge to reach one of Pu Luong's most scenic villages, where the largest stream flows through. Along the river, admire stunning landscapes, rice fields, and village life. Seek for the giant water wheels, a remarkable creation of Vietnam's mountainous ethnic minorities. Arrive at Chieu Lau Dam and embark on a bamboo rafting experience. Paddle the raft upstream then move on with another 2km trek through rice fields and villages, completing a loop trail. Hop on transfer, and return to the hotel by 17:00.

09:00 Start a 6km hike along the iconic trail of Pu Luong, the accent is Don village famed for its breathtaking paddy fields, and Uoi–Lan Villages stood out with the authentic life of the Thai ethnic minority. Then move to Hieu Waterfall, and experience off-the-beaten-track moments by cycling through the jungle at Long and Doc villages, an estimated 8km ride.
11:30 Enjoy a short, refreshing walk to a unique waterfall within the Pu Luong Nature Reserve before stopping for a picnic lunch surrounded by the sounds of nature.
In the afternoon, swim in crystal-clear waters and immerse yourself in local village life. Explore the mountain roads leading to the top of Hieu village. Return to the main road, and visit some hamlets on the way back to Lan village before returning to the hotel by 16:00.
Yin yoga/deep stretch for lower body session after the hike to release tension, then savor fresh jungle-sourced dinner.

The sightseeing today will start with a short drive to Van Lam Village where we will board a rowing boat trip along Ngo Dong River through the paddy fields to visit Tam Coc (Three Grottos). The trip will take 2 hours. We continue walking to Thai Vi temple which is not far from Tam Coc wharf, set in a peaceful place, dedicated to the Tran Dynasty. Though the temple looks modest, it contains great cultural and historical value. Have a short drive to Bich Dong Pagoda which was built on a mountain side featured its unique architecture of the perfect combination of ancient pagodas with cross-covered roofs, natural caves, and majestic mountains. The Pagoda has three temples – Ha Pagoda, Trung Pagoda, and Thuong Pagoda named after their positions from the foothill to the top of the mountain. Once you reach Thuong Pagoda, you will be treated to a beautiful scenic view of the surrounding countryside. After lunch at the local restaurant, you will pedal along the scenic village roads to explore the rice fields, and limestone mountains and have a chance to chat with the local people. Return to resort.

Breakfast at the hotel then we’ll take a short walk to Van Long Wharf to board traditional reed boats that will take us to the edge of the towering cliffs that rise up out of the water. From our vantage point among the reeds and lotus, we hope to view the endangered Delacour’s Langur. This monkey clad in black and white is endemic to this region and we hope to observe them as they scamper up and down the limestone pinnacles and cliff faces. Numerous species of waterbirds are also protected at Van Long and we will look for several species of herons, bitterns, and perhaps even an eagle or stork.
Walk back to the resort to have a healthy organic lunch then have free time to explore the beautiful retreat, with its captivating views of the surroundings and tranquil setting, or relax with multiple choices of spa treatment and therapeutic massage.
Later afternoon, participate in a 2-hour master class on breathwork for your mind and body. Concluding the session, savor your organic traditional dinner.

07:00 Head East for more than 3 hours to Halong Bay, the pride of the Gulf of Tonkin, a Natural World Heritage as designated by UNESCO in 1994 and 2006. Upon arrival in Halong, check in on the overnight cruise to discover the magnificent beauty of this “Descending-dragon” bay, created by thousands of odd-shaped limestone rocks and karst grottoes.
11:30 Arrive at the cruise private lounge, Tuan Chau Marina – Ha Long, and enjoy a welcome drink and express check-in before boarding.
12:15 Transferred by speed boat to our grand cruises. Welcome aboard, and refresh with our welcome drink while Cruise Manager briefs cruise orientation, activities & onboard safety. The boat starts to cruise to Lan Ha Bay.
13:00 Cruise leaves to explore Lan Ha Bay. You will be enjoying a meal that features the distinctive Vietnamese cuisine taste while relaxing and avoiding the crowds on well-traveled roads.
15:30 You will arrive at Light and Dark Cave – one of the best attractions on Lan Ha Bay which is best known for its pristine and tranquil beauty. Exploring the area by local boat or kayaking. After that, you can swim in the green emerald and cool water around the cruise.
17:30 Return to the cruise and enjoy the Bay sunset while enjoying the "Happy Hour" special. You may also join our chef in the kitchen to learn how to make traditional spring rolls.
19:00 If the weather permits, enjoy dinner on the sundeck or in Ha Long Bar & Restaurant, which is on the second floor. You will have the chance to savor meals produced from premium, fresh ingredients in a distinctive fusion style that fuses the essence of traditional Vietnamese cuisine with the innovative influences of modern cuisine.
After dinner, it’s your choice for fun squid fishing, spa (charge fees), or relaxing.

07:30 You will join the tour of Cat Ba World Biosphere. It will take you around 30 minutes to transfer from Gia Luan to Trung Trang – one of the most impressive caves in Cat Ba Island, Vietnam

11:30 Disembark from the cruise as our crew as farewell, back to Tuan Chau Marina by our speed boat.
