Outdoor living room and dining area, epic views of the sea on the horizon, and the countryside around Maison des Sables. Comfy and spacious living and bedroom areas. Yoga classes on the outdoor deck by the pool overlooking the sea. Take surf lessons on the nearby beaches. Hike in the surrounding nature. Relax by the pool, or walk to the beach.
Program
The days will be filled with yoga, surfing, sound baths, beaches, and sun. Just a few minutes from Essaouira, you will be staying in a beautiful country home, just a walk from the beach with a private pool and surrounded by the stunning countryside. In the morning, Gwen will guide you through a Jivamukti practice followed by a delicious home-cooked, locally sourced, vegetarian brunch.
The afternoons will be spent surfing, kite-surfing, chilling, or doing any number of the many activities the area has to offer. You will conclude each day with a dreamy Restorative Yin practice and sound bath by the talented Alexandra. You will go to the beach and hike around the area during this holiday.

Instructors
Gwennaelle Mirol
Gwennaëlle is French-American, Parisian by adoption, and has been practicing yoga for 16 years. She has over 1,100 hours of yoga training under her belt. She teaches Vinyasa, Jivamukti, and Prenatal yoga in Paris and around the world throughout her many retreats a year. She is welcoming, warm, and energetic and will know how to guide you to deepen your practice.
Alexandra Guibal
A teacher of yoga and meditation, Alexandra has trained in many practices over the years, in search of discovering the meeting points at the crossroads of body and psyche. Alexandra wishes to share these practices around her in order to allow everyone to create spaces of openness, breathing, and deep listening, to meet their interiority. During her classes, she likes to meet and resonate between them practices full of sweetness in order to always go a little further in relaxation and appeasement.
Location
The location is in the countryside, close to the surrounding beaches, in Sidi Kaouki, Essaouira Province, Morocco. An oasis to recharge and reconnect to yourself.

The easiest way to get to the retreat sanctuary is by flying into Essaouira Airport (ESU) directly which is a 20-minute drive to the house. Transfers from and to the airport are included in the price and will be organized at a set time for the group. A taxi to and from the airport will be organized for you if you need it at a different time, at an additional cost (from Essaouira about 20 EUR, from Marrakech or Agadir 100 EUR).
