H20 Yoga and Meditation Centre is the ultimate choice to undertake meaningful entry into energy healing. Reiki is such a beautiful gift to give yourself and to share with others and it always happens at the right time in your life, when you are truly ready for it.
The principles of Vastu have been a guiding concept in the design of the bungalows at H2O Yoga and Meditation Center. 'Vastu' is India's ancient Vedic tradition of design, architecture, and sacred space, often called 'the yoga of design'. It is believed to create harmony and health in one's living space. The bungalows are built from local natural materials and have beautifully thatched roofing.
The poolside bungalows offer a peaceful retirement space. H20 Yoga and Meditation provides the retreat participants with the base price with accommodation in the spacious shared bungalow (four beds) with a private bathroom. Equipped with fans and both clean sheets and towels are provided. There are also deluxe bungalow upgrade options with air conditioning, hot water, ensuite, a security box, a private veranda, and daily housekeeping.
For travelers that like privacy and simple accommodations, the two standard bungalows are perfect. One has double and the other can be twin beds. They have detached amenities and a verandah sofa for relaxing.
H2O has three beautiful deluxe bungalows complete with AC, hot water, ensuite, and only a stepping stone from Atlantis Yoga Studio. They can be twin or double beds and one of them can accommodate three people.
The three-bed shared bungalow allows travelers on a budget to still have the luxuries of a beautiful pool and the Good Earth Cafe is a great place to meet like-minded people. It is comfortable, clean, and spacious.
The Deluxe and Superior Deluxe bungalows have hot water showers. The bungalows that come with shared amenities are cold water showers, however, being a tropical country, the water is never that cold.
There are many laundry services in the area, just a short walk away.
There is a beautiful pool with comfortable loungers around the pool area for you to relax on.
You arrive the day prior to the course, get settled in, and the course starts the next morning for two days (level one). There is then one free day, two days again for level two, and then leaving the following morning.
Your perspective and view on things will slowly change and some of the things you placed so much importance on and things you worried about tend to slide down the list of your priorities. You then start to live a calmer more content lifestyle; full of passion and new zest.
Things covered in the course:
Taking the next step to Reiki 2 can be quite a profound experience as you will start to heighten your intuitive abilities and increase the strength of energy flow by using the Usui symbols. It is a time of spiritual growth and raising your vibration.

Bonus inclusion
Meditation came before yoga for Jon. It started more than 20 years ago and led him on a journey of spiritual exploration to many parts of the globe including Tibet. The physical yoga becomes part of his life in 2004 whilst living in a community at Lake Atitlan, Guatemala and has been a daily practice ever since. He has studied yoga and meditation with many ‘learned ones’ including Zen master, Thich Nhat Hanh. He gained his master level Reiki training in 2005, studied kinesiology, and many healing modalities and in recent years deepened his understanding of qigong and working with life energy.
The retreat will take place in Gili Air, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. It may sound biased but H2O believes they have the best location not only in Bali but in the world. Beautiful yellow sand, clear waters filled with marine life, sunrise on one side, a 20-minute walk to sunset on the other side, no cars, motorbikes, or pollution just bikes and horse carts, it's like Disneyland, and the magnificent H20 Resort Center, what more could you want? It is only a short one-hour walk around the outside of the island, and very safe at night time.
You can easily organize transportation from your hotel in Bali and the fast boat, so you will arrive before lunchtime. It is only 200 meters (two minutes walk) from Sunrise East Beach. It is centrally located, a short walk or bicycle ride from a small supermarket, pharmacy, souvenir shops, local and western cafes, and restaurants. As there are no motorized vehicles on Gili Air, most people get around by either walking, cycling, or horse and cart.
Everything is close by, you can walk around the perimeter of the island in one or two hours and will certainly enjoy the peace. H2O has bicycles available for the price of 40 IDR per day or 100 IDR for three days. There are daily boats that go between Gili Air, Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, and Lombok. It is very easy to visit any of these islands for the day or spend a night there if you prefer.
The package includes a daily breakfast that has home-cooked bread with choices of vegetarian and vegan options and coffee or tea. For your lunch, choose between Island Curry or Vegan Nachos with iced Green Tea. H20 Yoga and Meditation also has a beautiful Good Earth Café with gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian meals, desserts, and detox juices.
At Good Earth Café and Coffee Shop, they love healthy foods and want to share that love with you on their little paradise island. All their dishes are vegetarian and you will find deliciously raw, vegan, and gluten-free options on their menu. Sip a refreshing coconut water, yummy smoothie, or healthy detox juice, and enjoy their homemade gluten-free banana bread while relaxing next to the pool. They also offer sweet treats, healthy snacks, and energizing lunches. Do not miss their smoothie bowls, the perfect dish on a hot island day.
Food on Gili Air is unpretentious and is made with predominantly locally sourced ingredients. Some of the most appetizing options are the local Indonesian specialties such as Gado Gado (steamed veggies with a delicious peanut sauce) or Nasi Campur (white rice with a selection of vegetables, tofu, Tempe, chicken, or fish). Chicken or freshly caught fish sate are also popular choices, as well as 'Urap Urap' (veggies with grated coconut). Ask for the local Sambal (chili sauce) to give your dish an extra zing.
Vegetarians will find the local dishes with their prolific use of Tempe, a viable meal option. Restaurants tend to specialize in freshly grilled seafood and Indonesian dishes. Cheap beachside establishments cater to western palates (not so spicy) and often serve Thai, Italian, and Chinese food also. Be sure to head inland to try the authentic local cuisine. Fruit juices are ubiquitous throughout the island's eateries. The water of fresh young coconuts is a real treat and incredibly refreshing.
There are also many 'warungs' on the island - small kitchens, usually attached to someone's home, that serve good quality Indonesian dishes. There is one main supermarket where most food staples can be purchased, including natural yogurt. Bear in mind that being an island, Gili Air is subject to fresh goods arriving by boat, hence, fruit selection varies from day to day. Papayas, bananas, avocados, and pineapples are always in abundance, as well as mangoes in season. Exotic local fruits such as mangosteens, rambutan (local lychees), and dragon fruit are also widely available when in season.
There is an onsite spa that offers a wide variety of therapeutic treatments including traditional Balinese massages, reflexology, body scrubs and facials, manicures, pedicures, and ear candling.
They offer Reiki healing and personalized yoga therapy sessions. Reiki is a form of energy healing that helps to bring you into a state of physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.
At H2O, they have a full varied schedule of daily yoga and meditation classes and workshops. They also offer spa and healing treatments and their nature bath experience. You can hire a bicycle and spend the day exploring the island or simply enjoy relaxing around the café and pool area.
H2O has a small shop that sells a range of clothing, essential oils, and mala beads. There are also several shops within walking or cycling distance where you can purchase clothes and local souvenirs.
There are lots of other activities on offer around the island: snorkeling day trips, free diving, scuba diving, cooking classes, outdoor cinema, community beach clean-ups, live music, and dance classes. There is also the opportunity to visit one of the other Gili islands or Lombok for the day.
H20 Yoga and Meditation has a full menu of massage and wellness treatments available for those wanting more pampering.
