During this retreat, you will be accommodated at Yoga Niketan

Ashram. It is located in the most sacred place near the bank of the holy river Ganga and the proximity of both Rishikesh - the ancient place of pilgrimage, the neighboring Shivanandanagar, and the famous Ram Jhula.

The rooms are nice and clean with a picturesque view of the holy river and the surrounding hills. Books on yoga and philosophy are available.

Program

Authentically Nath yoga is the foundation of all yoga systems. Traditionally it is known as Hatha and Tantra yoga. Shree Aadinath yoga is purely based on scientific and traditional Nath yoga.

Tantra yoga is another branch of Nath yoga (Hatha yoga).

Yoga teaches you how to live in this world. It touches every sphere of human life. It is a complete medication system. Yoga gives the insight to know more about your true self. Yoga helps to solve problems like stress, unrest, neglect, ignorance, and emotional blockages.

Yoga gives a meaningful life to get true love, peace, and happiness. Yoga includes common practices of daily life as well as higher stages of spirituality like meditation. In this five-day you will learn classical Nath, Hatha yoga, kundalini chakra meditation, Mantra chanting techniques which is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Despite the practical classes, you will learn the theory the philosophy of yoga, Technic of Mantra chanting and deep meditation with spiritual discourse. Participants will enjoy nutritious Ayurvedic food, consisting of fresh local fruits and vegetables.

You will get time for your own to either get Ayurvedic treatment and massage or to do sightseeing, live visiting the Holi Ganga Aarti.

Rishikesh is a city in the Uttrakhand state of India that has been known for being one of the tourist hot spots in the country and is famous among travelers from various corners of the world too. Situated in the foothills of the Himalayas beside the Ganga River, this city is also renowned for being the center of studies of yoga and meditation.

Home to India's popular adventure sports like river rafting, bungee jumping, and air safari, the city has been the favorite spot for visitors for the last several years. The major attractions that make it a wonderful place include the Lakshman Jhula, Rajaji National Park, Ram Jhula, Triveni Ghat, Neelkanth Mahadev Temple, and more.

Food

You will enjoy healthy Ayurvedic food consisting of natural and local fruits and vegetables. Hatha Tantra Yoga will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as herbal tea in between.

The fastest way to reach Rishikesh from Delhi is a flight available from Delhi to Dehradun Airport, By cab from Dehradun to Rishikesh takes 1.30 hours. By Bus from Delhi to Rishikesh, it takes 4 to 5 hours By train from Delhi to Rishikesh, takes 5 to 6 hours. Transportation is included in the package, Hatha Tantra Yoga will provide the pick-up and drop-off facility from the Rishikesh bus stand and train station.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 10 days before arrival.
