You will be staying in Heaven

You will be staying in a luxury room. All rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, telephone, private bathroom with hot shower and double-glazed windows. The bathrooms are embellished with starlight marble decorations, shower, towel, and exclusive complimentary toiletries.


During this retreat, you will study the main aspects and principles of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, implementing knowledge into practice. You will build a solid practice based on Yogic System. You will discover the foundation of each asana and its modifications, body alignment, the therapeutic effect of asanas, and additional training for building the strength and flexibility to improve the practice.

You will take a journey to explore the inner and outer sequence of Ashtanga yoga primary series to make a daily asana practice a meditation experience. The retreat also includes training in pranayama practice. Students will be guided to practice several pranayama techniques consistently, taking time to deepen the understanding of this ancient practice and strengthening breath control.

This retreat would not be complete without focusing on mind work. Even the asana, pranayama, and kriya require a deep concentration, while students get additional experience and training in yoga Nidra and meditation. It will help to change the habitual patterns of the mind, essential for self-development and inner growth. Students will also be introduced to yoga philosophy and primary ancient yoga texts, as it gives a strong theoretical foundation of the practice.

Hatha Yoga School in Arambol

Arambol Beach is a state of mind, a hidden gem of freedom and creativity which you will not find anywhere else on the planet. It’s a place where being yourself is more comfortable. Arambol’s pristine beach draws tourists from all over the World. The inflow of international visitors is mainly during the winters, between November and March every year, when the weather outside is cold and pleasant.


At Hatha Yoga School, you will find a vegetarian or vegan daily delicious food. The food will not only be delicious but balanced and typically consists of vegetarian dishes, delicious salads, fresh bread and dips, regular fresh juice, natural fruits, muesli, porridge, coffee, and teas. Now and then some vegan sweet treats!

They can cater to some dietary requirements such as gluten-free, veganism, etc. If you have special dietary requirements, please let them know when making a reservation.
