Several years ago, Brian made a lifestyle change in order to make health and wellness his priority. The journey has given him valuable insights into the power of movement, music, and meditation. He launched HealHop Rowing in 2018 as a way to share what he has gained from his own experience. The program continues to evolve and this retreat is the next phase of development. His aim is to help guests become more in tune with their bodies, hearts, and minds by introducing them to new workouts and information.

The house is close to Camelback Mountain, Papago Park, HealHop rowing studio, martial gyms, Scottsdale Greenbelt bike path, Papago/Tempe town lake bike path, and spas.
