A little corner of paradise and nature just a few minutes from the beach. A large 50-square meter living room with an American kitchen opening onto a 500-square meter garden and a swimming pool with a jacuzzi. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms including one master suite with its bathroom and another bathroom with a tub. A ping pong table, TV app, Wi-Fi, barbecue, cleaning service, and secure parking are also available.

The accommodation provides a breathtaking view of the woods, absolutely calm, five minutes from the beach. A large living room with a kitchen, a very spacious living room with a Bohemian chic decor. The living room opens onto a large terrace with a jacuzzi. The practice of yoga is possible on a magnificent terrace in the heart of the woods to recharge your batteries.

Upstairs, there is a suite enjoying a superb view of the garden and equipped with quality bedding and a large bed, a private bathroom, and a dressing room. Two other bedrooms are available with a bathroom and a bathtub.


Fit'ballett (Body confidence postural alignment class)

Ballet is no longer reserved only for little girls and professional dancers. From Natalie Portman to supermodel Karlie Kloss, everyone follows the path of obtaining long, lean, and flexible muscles and an elegant posture. Fit'Ballet creates the link between "Fitness" and "Ballet" and combines the muscle strengthening movements of Fitness with the graceful gestures of Ballet.

It is an original method of exercises as fast and cardiac as soft and deep inspired by ballet, the floor bar, yoga, and the experience of the creator. It's a fabulous and fun way to get fit and muscular while working long and gracefully. Calories are burned by strengthening the mind and body. No dance experience is required.


Elisa's approach to Hatha and Vinyasa yoga is dynamic, invigorating, and relaxing at the same time. It will help you gently release muscle tension and listen to your body more. Her focus remains on developing the vibration in your body through some tools like "bramari" instead of focusing on "performance". The interest is to find peace in yourself thanks to this method and to be able to free your mind.


Yogalates is a method that brings both the benefits of Pilates and Yoga. It is a complete and gentle method. The muscle exercises of Pilates allow you to deeply sculpt your body and the relaxing and physical postures of yoga help to soothe your mind. Your body gains in flexibility, strength, and endurance thanks to the sequences of yoga. As the sessions progress, the body and mind come together and harmonize.

Pilates matwork

Pilates exercises are performed on a floor mat with accessories such as balls, circles, foam roller, etc. Without any help from outside the body, this technique gently and deeply works muscles. The breathing is important in this method, it can optimize the effectiveness of exercise and helps maintain concentration, fluidity, and balance. The course is recommended for rehabilitation and prevention of physical injuries.

Villa Myla is located 100 meters from all shops. The Makila Golf is just five minutes away as well as the Arcangue Golf. By car, the villa is only five minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the airport. The accommodation is located next to a secure parking lot with space for four cars.


Daily breakfast and dinner will be served; a catering service with vegetarian food will be organized. Of course, any intolerance of milk products, nuts, etc. will be taken into consideration.
