How the course works

The online private sessions can be spread over maximum two weeks. Customers can choose and discuss the most suitable day / time with the organizer. All lessons must be done within 2 weeks period. There is one session per day and the duration of each session is 1 hour and 15 minutes (all live sessions).

Holistic Yoga Stella Fysika is based in Thessaloniki, Greece (GMT+3). The setting of days and hours should be under consultation with the customer.

Course information

According to the pursued objective, each lesson is structured considering the needs, the level, the skills, and the abilities of the student. An indicative yoga session starts with the relaxation of the body and continues with the concentration of the mind. With self-observation, you become conscious of your senses and also your breath.

Then, with gentle movements you unlock the body and subsequently with pranayama (breathing exercises) you become aware of your breath . As breath, mind, and body have been properly prepared, the asanas (physical poses – exercises) follow, depending on the level of the student and the type of chosen practice (therapeutic yoga, yin yoga, vinyasa, hatha yoga, etc.).

In the end, there is relaxation with guided meditation and visualization techniques accompanied by mudras, mantras, and sounds of singing bowls. During all yoga sessions the music is carefully selected at 432 Hz to harmonize and activate the energy centers and the main endocrine glands.

In between sessions, customers can have consultation with the organizer through email.

This one-on-one yoga course is held online. Holistic Yoga Stella Fysika is based in Thessaloniki, Greece (GMT+3) and they will live-stream the classes via Skype which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
