On the first day, you will get picked up at the airport, brought to the camp, and check in the room. Training starts at 08:00 in the morning and goes for one and a half to two hours, and again in the afternoon starting at 16:00 and goes for one and a half hours to two hours. Your VIP lessons can be booked at 09:30 or 14:30 six days a week. Group training can and will change according to the levels.

The VIP session is your time with a trainer if you would like to cover something particular that you can ask. Sunday is a well-deserved rest day where you can explore the beautiful province Krabi. Being close to the famous Koh Phi Phi island, Phuket, and Trang, there are lots of things to do.
Curriculum
The gym has several rules you have to follow during your training listed below:
- Always Wai your Kru / Ajarn at the start of the day.
- Wear Muay Thai shorts or short pants.
- No smoking or consuming alcohol is permitted in the gym area.
- Mobile phones are not to be used in training time (videoing is allowed with permission).
- Jogging and no walking.
- Wai Kru is to be practiced.
- Committing to a fight is a verbal contract.
- You must not use bad language in the gym.
- Must be helpful to all.
- Fighting is for your Kru / Ajarn with pride and honor.
- Eat sensibly.
- Try and take part in every session.

Honour Gym was started for the love of the sport, Muay Thai. This shall carry on by giving the opportunity for fighters from around the world to enjoy the sport and having the perfect setting to achieve the high volume of training to become a fighter and compete in this wonderful sport.
The gym is next to a Thai-boxing stadium where fights are held once a week. You have to walk through this stadium to access Honour Muay Thai. The gym is near a Thai-boxing stadium where fights are held three times a week. If your goal is to fight, this is a perfect setting for you to do so.
The gym, trainers, and fighters have a wealth of experience to keep you fighters highly motivated and well versed in Muay Thai. They really are a team that wants to make people successful. The idea of the gym is to create high-level fighters. It would be good, if you decide to come to the gym, to be able to jog at least 10 kilometers without stopping. This would give better conditioning for the training and less chance of injury occurring. It is up to you.
Honour Muay Thai asks you to leave your ideas at the door and let them take control of your training. Your ideas and feedback are always welcome when the training has finished. You could speak to the head trainer or the manager if you would like to add something.
The stadium also has a Thai boxing shop that sells high-quality gear / equipment with prices that are low. Everything you need for Muay Thai can be bought there. The owner has had over thirty years in Thai boxing and prides himself on selling only quality products.
