La Vinería Space: Gastronomy and meetings

The winery and the vineyard
Wine tourism, enology, and tradition: Discover the secret of the wine of La Rioja. Integrated into the same building as the hotel, the winery is a marvel of modern architecture. It is completely functional and adapted with modern technology to provide maximum capacity, plus allowing them to consistently produce wines of certificate of origin quality.
The grapes from the family vineyards are pressed in the cellar. From the press, the wine then moves to the fermentation process and after storage. Within two years, it is ready to drink. The secret of classic Rioja wine is the combination of history, land, and quality with the passion of their team, who makes sure that the wines from Hotel Finca de los Arandinos are the best every year.
- The vineyard
The vineyards cover over 16 hectares located in and around the town of Entrena. All are between 4 and 80 years old and are spread over 30 plots. There are different soil types in the area, but all have boulders and pebbles making this a rich and fertile region perfect for producing the best wines in the country.
Most of the vineyards are located on the north to the northeast side of the right bank of the Ebro river. They cultivate and harvest by hand, and only use three certain varieties of grape; Tempranillo, Grenache, and Mazuelo for red wines, and Viura for white wines.
- The elaboration
The wines are unique and different. They come from vines that reflect the honesty and value of the land. They are born of the land, grown on the land, and breathe the air of Rioja. The goal of their manufacturing is to maintain the integrity of each variety. Only the best grapes are selected and reach the cellar from the fields. The same fruity grapes have had time to develop naturally during the winter months.

Live the “David Delfin” experience and stay in one of the incredible rooms designed by this renowned fashion designer and still enjoy the wine tasting with the bottle that the hotel will give you in the room and on the next day, end your stay with a guided tour of the winery and subsequent wine tasting.

Please note that the times are indicative and will be specified at the time of booking. The hotel provides a bathrobe for the use of the spa.
The winery is inside the hotel, you do not have to travel to visit the winery, it is all in the same building. Normally, the hours of the visits are 10 a.m. from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays at 11 a.m. It lasts between 1 hour and a half to 2 hours. The first thing is to visit the vineyard and if the weather does not allow it, it is explained from the inside but always with views of the vineyard. Then, we enter the winery to explain the entire winemaking process, visit the barrel warehouse and finish with a tasting of 2 of our wines.
If you want to make a personalized or exclusive visit for two or for a particular group, please send an inquiry for more information. The wines can be tasted without visiting, the hotel has a wine bar, inside the barrel warehouse, where you can taste the wines in a unique and exclusive environment.

Spa treatments
One spa circuit and a 55-minute foot Vinotherapy are included in this holiday. The duration of the circuit is 1 hour of private access. The spa's opening hours are from 09:00 to 21:00. Book the access time at the time of making the reservation. The use of a swimsuit, flip-flops and a swimming cap is mandatory. If you forget any of these accessories, the hotel has them for sale at reception.
The hotel's team of masseurs only makes the treatments prior to reservation, that is to say, at least, you have to request the massage 24 hours in advance, otherwise, they cannot guarantee its availability.
